She has been responsible for supporting and undertaking research into management issues relating to the pharmaceutical industry and worked at strategic level with senior staff world-wide. Shaida founded SD Information Services in 2001 and focuses on helping to increase the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of information departments and other related functions.
