Emma has been an Accredited Member of the Law Society Children Panel since 1999 and an appointed Solicitor Advocate (Higher Courts, Civil) since 2007.

As Accounts Assistant, Michele's role is to process day-to-day accounts, including reconciling the bank statements, sending and receiving of monies to and from the firm. She processes the Legal Aid Agency financial payments and is also the administrative officer of the Wills and Deeds database.
Peter is the Senior Partner of Sweetman Burke & Sinker. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1987 and has over 20 years of general civil litigation experience. More recently he has specialised in housing disputes, homelessness and financial disputes between unmarried partners. He also undertakes contested probate litigation.
