John Gledhill

John has broadly based Valuation experience having started his career as a surveyor in the Central Government Valuation Office and later in Local Authority Estate Divisions, having had many years experience in property development and in property management. He has worked within property development companies and in private general practice giving acquisition and disposal advice to clients both private and corporate. He has considerable experience in valuations for Capital Taxation, Rating and Revenues and has worked as a consultant to International property related Companies and managed the property section of a large Wiltshire based private practice. John is experienced in site appraisals, and negotiations for purchase, lettings and disposals. He is also very practised in giving evidence at tribunals and with rent reviews and in drafting and negotiating lease agreements. For the last 17 years john has been the Director of his own general practice surveying and valuation Company. He is proud to let it be known he has valued and inspected and reported upon the condition of more than 7000 homes in the south. He has building conservation knowledge and, it follows, also an understanding of the fabric of old buildings. He is a Building Engineer as well as a Chartered Surveyor and currently also finds time to teach surveying students as a part- time distance tutor in Real Estate for the College of Estate Management at Reading. John qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1974 and has been a member of the Association of Building Engineers since 2003.

Sarah Walker

Sarah is a seasoned Sales and Marketing Professional. She has been involved in property management, renovation and sales for a number of years. She has also successfully run her own business and is experienced in every step of the process from the marketing and sales, rent negotiations, customer service, repairs and contractor selection through to completion of contracts. More recently, as an Estate's Manager for an Industrial Park, she has gained an in-depth knowledge of Marketing Properties, Rent Reviews, Leases and general property maintenance. Her breadth of experience is a significant advantage when dealing with the many different agencies and departments in order to secure the most advantageous package for the client. Sarah is reliable, efficient, knowledgeable and always upbeat, and her priority is to deal with the numerous details required in this complex process, whilst assuring the client that their needs are consistently being met. Sarah is also fluent in French and has had a great deal of experience in many commercial fields as a P.A., and in Accounts, Sales & Marketing and Office Management. Having raised a family of three children, she is fully conversant with all family needs including schooling, health, social clubs, recreation facilities and neighbourhood groups.
