Adaeze Ihebom is an Italian Nigerian artist, born in Rome in 1990. After graduating from the Istituto D'Arte Venturi Modena, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Photography at Ravensbourne University in London and completed her Masters in Photography Art at Westminster University. She is currently a Photo Library Assistant and an Independent Artist.

Kate O'Neill has worked across the visual arts industries in both the UK and Ireland for the past 15 years carving out a multifaceted career with a dedicated focus on photographic exhibitions, art fairs, mentorship and print processes. This combined with a core belief that art and expression of art should be accessible to all and used as a universal tool has enabled her to utilise her skills in social engagement and professional development via exhibitions, talks, reviews and workshops. Additionally, her roles with The Visual Loop, Life Framer, Metro Imaging and Brighton Photo Fringe have enabled her to achieve large-scale projects, events and collaborations with leading organisations and established artists.

Leah Kirkwood is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA) working within the charity sector. She is a member of the 'Young Professionals on Arts Boards' programme with Arts & Business NI. An accountant from a family of creatives, she is a keen supporter of the arts in Northern Ireland.

Martin Healy is an Irish visual artist who works predominantly in video and photography. A graduate of Crawford College of Art & Design, he has exhibited widely over the past two decades and held residencies at Centre Culturel Irlandais, Paris; Irish Museum of Modern Art, Dublin; and PS1 Contemporary Art Centre, New York.
Mohara Gill is an Editorial Manager working in illustrated arts publishing, with extensive knowledge of art, architecture, design, fashion, photography and photobooks. She has over two decades of experience in the book industry, including as art books and magazine buyer for Foyles, one of London's largest bookshops.

Ronan Marlow is a solicitor with Forde Campbell LLC and specialises in intellectual property disputes as well as general commercial litigation. He is a graduate of Queen's University, Belfast and the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. Ronan is a supporter of the Arts and took part in Arts and Business NI's Young Professionals on Arts Boards programme in 2018. Ronan also has experience of performance in the Arts, having voice acted a number of characters in the TG4 cartoons Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! and Rocket Boy and Toro.

Savannah Dodd is the founder and director of the Photography Ethics Centre. She is pursuing her PhD in anthropology at Queen's University Belfast examining the ethics of archiving photographs in post-conflict societies. In 2020, her edited volume titled Ethics and Integrity in Visual Research Methods was published by Emerald Publishing Group. Savannah also maintains her own creative practice in photography.
