Jean-Pierre is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. He obtained an honours degree bachelor of Land Economy at the University of Aberdeen and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000. He has been specialising as a party wall surveyor since 2007. Jean-Pierre used to be a committed kitesurfer but had to put this hobby on hold since becoming a father in 2014! In the meantime, he has become a keen runner and regularly participates in road and trail events. He occasionally thinks about running a marathon, before coming to his senses and finding an excuse.
Sarah joined the company as the Assistant to the Director in 2014 following an extensive career in Management and Customer Services. After taking a keen interest in the technical side of party wall matters she has trained to become a knowledgeable party wall surveyor. Sarah is a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. Sarah was born in South Africa and has lived in the UK for 15 years. She lives up to the "no nonsense, hard-working South African" stereo-type, making sure that the team is always up to date and working hard. In her spare time Sarah sings with the well known nationwide Rock Choir having performed at Wembley Stadium, supported G4 and Sam Bailey on tour and has even recorded at Abbey Road Studios! Sheis also a keen runner… although is regularly lapped by Jean-Pierre in the road and trail events. It's the taking part that counts!
