I always encourage an Initial Consultation. This is so that we can meet and then we can make a decision on how best we can work together... Low self-esteem, feelings of worthlessness, Anxiety, Stress, Loss, Depression, OCD and Eating Disorders are just some of the issues clients bring to Counselling. Clients I work with come from the surrounding villages in Hungerford, Newbury, Thatcham, Reading and much further afield too.
