Andrew Gillham

Andrew graduated with a BA (Hons) Economics degree and started his finance industry career with HSBC Private Bank's graduate programme. Thereafter, Andrew joined Insinger de Beaufort as a dealer on their bond trading desk before embarking on a career in investment management, focussed on overseeing dedicated fixed income mandates. During this time, Andrew has built up considerable experience investing directly into fixed income markets for fund, private client and institutional mandates covering global government bonds and investment grade and high yield credit. He has engaged in the rapid evolution of bond markets driven by the 2008/09 financial crisis and analyses and actively invests in more complex fixed income instruments and the different parts of capital structures to extract value.

Craig Farley - Chief Investment Officer

Craig is an experienced capital markets professional with 20+ years buy-side experience as a PM and strategist across asset classes. He is responsible for setting the optimal global asset allocation mix across TEAM's multi asset investment range. He provides frequent commentary, analysis, and insights for clients on the important issues impacting markets. Craig is deeply analytical, and passionate about the discipline of applied technical analysis to successfully navigate market cycles. He has proven success in delivering high performing and innovative investment solutions to a range of client needs, from embryonic stage through to implementation. Craig has received global rating recognition for superior risk-adjusted returns across timeframes, in addition to several high-profile award wins. He is a CMT charter holder and holds a master's in finance and investment with distinction from the London School of Business and Finance.

David Gorman

David is a highly experienced investment professional with nearly 50 active years in the industry. He is a Chartered Wealth Manager, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and holds the Private Client Investment Advice and Management Certificate. In a varied career, he has covered roles in sales, portfolio management, technical investment training and lectured on investment subjects for the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators as well as for the Securities Institute. He held senior investment research, managerial and strategic roles within Lloyds Banking Group and Standard Bank. Outside of professional interests he is keenly involved in sports activities including keeping himself physically fit. Locally, he captained the national Jersey Cricket side for many years and did the same for the combined Channel Islands team. In the UK he played minor county cricket for Berkshire throughout the 1980s, represented the Club Cricket Conference in overseas cricket tours and was the captain of Reading Cricket Club. He is the Chairman of an eminent local Young Cricketers charity.

Lloyd Adams

Lloyd is a qualified Wealth Manager, experienced in producing tailored financial plans and investment solutions for clients. He works closely with Team's network of professional advisers, to deliver a first-class service to our international client base. Lloyd has previously been a political adviser in London, Brussels and Northern Ireland. During this time, he pushed for improvements to the legal and regulatory landscape on behalf of the UK financial services and technology sectors. Lloyd has also worked with the Jersey government to help change the jurisdiction's economic policy to remove barriers to business growth. Lloyd led a project to establish the Digital Jersey Academy, the island's first dedicated centre for the development of digital skills. Outside of work Lloyd and his partner are busy raising 3 charismatic young daughters. He also has a passion for cooking at a fine-dining level, and will often be found researching new dishes to obsess over. Lloyd holds a Diploma in Financial Advice from the London Institute of Banking and Finance, a Certificate in Leadership and Management, and a Degree in Politics and Economics from the University of Bath.

Mark Clubb - Chairman

Born in Preston, Lancashire, England in 1960, Mark has a BA (Hons) degree in Economics and Business Studies, CISI level 6 in Private Client Investment Advice and Management and ICA Advanced Certificate in Compliance. Mark began his career in 1981 at the London-based internationally respected firm of stockbrokers, Hoare Govett. Starting as a company analyst, Mark went on to build a 27-year career in investment banking. During this time, he would go on to hold various senior management roles working for UBS Philips and Drew and BZW (latterly Credit Suisse First Boston). He has been involved in hundreds of corporate transactions, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to fundraisings including listings and IPOs. Many of these involved international companies both large and small, across various industries and with differing sizes and levels of complexity. He engaged with international stock markets but also the private equity and venture capital markets. Mark has a deep understanding of corporate capital structures, the internal financial workings, management initiatives and controls of companies and the relationship between company performance and long-term share price behaviour. Having to interface with institutional investment managers over those years has also given Mark an extensive knowledge of various investment styles, strategies and disciplines. He has also operated in the extremes of stock market conditions, including the UK recessions of the early 80s, early 90s and of course the credit crisis of 2008/9. In 1997, Mark, together with six partners, founded London-based investment banking boutique, Altium Capital Partners. Following a management buyout of Altium in 2008, Mark returned to Jersey and secured a position at private client stockbrokers, Collins Stewart, later acquired by Canaccord Genuity Inc. This marked the beginning of a second career in investment management. He has built a 10-year track record of consistent market competitive portfolio returns investing in global equities. Mark is extremely experienced and disciplined. He is extensively well-read, and the subjects of investing and investment practices are his passion.

Matthew Beddoe

Matthew has over 30 years of compliance experience within not only asset management but also banking, trust, and the fund sectors. He has experience within multi-jurisdictional firms and has spent time working in not only Jersey but Guernsey and the BVI. During his career he has worked within both a front and back office environment enabling him to help deliver the businesses objectives within a strong compliance framework. Matthew is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association.

Matthew Boxall

Matthew was born, raised and educated in Jersey and graduated university after studying BA (Hons) Business and Management degree which has given him a broad knowledge of the financial services industry. In addition to his academic qualifications, Matthew has also pursued several internships in various financial institutions, adding first-hand investment and corporate management experience. It was during his studies that Matthew discovered he was most drawn to the equity markets and, since then, has developed a passion for the investment universe, specifically sector and company analysis, asset allocation and generating investment ideas that exploit long-term themes into long-term investment returns. Matthew is an ambitious, motivated and dedicated individual who takes pride and care in all he does, both within the office environment and out. After achieving the Investment Advice Diploma, Matthew is eager to enhance his career through further qualifications and experience with the view of managing an international equity fund in the future with a global presence. Outside of the office Matthew enjoys personal fitness and staying active, and can often be found riding his motorbikes. An avid fan of motorsport, specifically Formula 1 and MotoGP, Matthew also has a keen interest in football, music and art.

Matthew Moore - CFO

Matthew has a wealth of experience in senior leadership and financial roles, having been CFO at Close Investments, CFO and COO at Origen Financial Services (an Aegon group company) and most recently CFO and COO at Ascot Lloyd, vertically integrated UK wealth management firm founded by Oaktree, a leading private equity investor. Matthew brings significant acquisition and integration expertise to TEAM. He was responsible for acquisitions at Bellpenny, and subsequently Ascot Lloyd, and previously worked in the acquisitions team at Close Wealth Management, prior to which he held various roles in M&A at Commerzbank Securities and ING Barings. Matthew began his career in accounting at Ernst and Young, followed by five years as an equity research analyst at Cazenove & Co. Matthew will be is responsible for the delivery of the business model and strategy of TEAM. Further, Matthew is focused on delivering positive operational and financial performance. Matthew as Chief Financial Officer is responsible for maintaining the financial systems, control environment and regulatory compliance required within the Company. As Chief Operating Officer, Matthew also focuses on the operational performance, risks and other issues of the Group to ensure that the business remains aligned with its stated strategy.​​

Nigel Cuming

Nigel is a finance industry veteran, having spent his entire working career initially in stockbroking but predominantly in investment management. After starting his career in London, Nigel moved to Jersey in 1983 for what was supposed to be a three to five year posting and fell in love with the island. He has been a Jersey resident ever since. Nigel's extensive career includes the roles of Vice-President and Head of Investment Management Jersey for Chase Bank and Trust Company Jersey Ltd, Head of Investment Management for ANZ Grindlays and then Matheson Securities and Head of Jersey Portfolio Managers for Insinger de Beaufort after their acquisition of Matheson Securities. In 2006, Nigel became Head of Asset Allocation and Jersey Portfolio Manager at Collin Stewart Wealth Management, and then Chief Investment Manager from 2007 to 2011. After acquisition by Canaccord Wealth Management, Nigel held several senior management positions including Chief Investment Officer and the Chairman of the Asset Allocation Committee, where he was ultimately responsible for performance and maintenance of key client relationships. Nigel was also a member of the Senior Management Committee as well as the Portfolio Construction, Fixed Interest and Fund Selection Committees. More recently, Nigel acted as a Consultant for Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management where he advised on maintenance of key client relationships and staff mentoring.

Robert Kelly

Rob has over 44 years' experience in financial services and is committed to providing every client with a high level of contact and service. He is a qualified Project Manager as well as having the CISI Investment Advice Diploma. During his career he has worked in major institutions and smaller boutique investment houses specifically concentrating on the private client sector. He is well known in Jersey sporting circles where he represented Jersey in several capacities at Basketball (Player, Coach and Referee) and also as a committee member and Captain of Royal Jersey Golf Club. More recently he has become an active fund raiser for Jersey MenCap including organising a concert for his significant birthday which raised in excess of £6,500 and completed a short pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela which raised nearly £9,000.00. Previous fund-raising efforts provided the funds to equip a fully accessible respite facility for wheelchair users with learning difficulties. Rob has also been known to write poetry and has performed for both the Relay for Life, and Phillips Footprints Lights of Love Christmas Service. Rob is still a keen golfer and enjoys walking to keep fit.

Tony Wilshin - Managing Director

During his career he has worked for both large corporate and small boutique houses, he has held a number of senior leadership roles and key person positions, including Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director.
