With over 180 staff you will always find somebody on hand should you require any assistance. Whether you need help to find a product or to carry your shopping to the car, nothing is too much trouble. In fact, we teach all new employees that Stans Superstore has become what it is today on the principle of good customer service and we always aim to make your shopping a pleasurable, stress free experience... Stan was offered a job in the shop next door, and after a year or so he was running the shop and selling fish & chips. Eventually he was asked if he wanted to buy the shop, and with goods coming off ration, he took the plunge. They sold cigarettes, sweets, toys and novelties to what was then a mining community...
