They all offer an initial appointment which allows you to get a sense as to whether counselling or therapy with them might be helpful before deciding. We also offer low cost counselling from our carefully selected student counsellors on placement from the university of Essex, Suffolk and London... Coming into counselling or therapy is daunting and we understand this, so we offer an initial appointment which allows you to get a sense as to whether therapy with that particular therapist could be helpful. From here the therapist will suggest you have a think about the session and make direct contact with them if you decide to continue. The fee for the initial appointment is the same as any further appointments you may have and reflects their level of experience.
