If you haven't yet experienced interactive online Pilates, why not take a trial class to see whether you like it? It's really very easy. A day or two before your chosen class, we will help you to set up your device so that your camera can be positioned in directions that are optimal for all the exercises, standing and lying down. This means that your instructor will be able to give you feedback and encouragement, just as if you were in one of our actual Pilates in Wimbledon classes. And why limit yourself just to one class?
