The Washington International Studies Council (WISC) - or the Oxford Study Abroad Programme (OSAP) - is, together with cooperating programs of US Colleges, the largest overseas study program in Oxford. Since 1985, WISC/OSAP have brought to Oxford students from 46 states who had previously studied in 650 colleges and universities.
