Paul Witschi founded a family business in 1947 with the aim of developing and marketing top-quality watch measuring instruments with high customer benefit. Today, Witschi Electronic has around 80 employees and, in addition to its Swiss headquarters, one branch abroad. Witschi Electronic AG is certified according to ISO 9001 in all business areas.
As CFO and CHRO, I am committed to the sustainable development of Witschi. The long-term and resource-oriented financial development of the company is particularly important to me as CFO. Being an employer of the future for our employees with a focus on the working world 4.0 is something I am decisively committed to in my role as CHRO. The Witschi brand is not only an asset in measurement technology, but also among employees.
As the person responsible for production, it is important for me to be able to implement our daily processes in such a way that we can achieve an optimal ratio between quality and quantity. In this respect, direct contact with our production staff is of great importance to me.
