Jonathan Gerber is a property specialist, with a particular expertise in commercial property and Mortgage lending for banks and for other lending institutions.
Working in Central London in an area of High Net Worth Individuals he also deals with high and middle value domestic residential conveyancing.
He manages our Equity Release Department (also known as Home Reversion).
He has strong contacts with relevant professionals, including architects, surveyors, contractors, valuers, Bankers, company service providers, agents and accountants.
He acts for a number of lenders as their solicitor.

Margaret Lang is a specialist private client solicitor with over twenty years' experience of inheritance tax planning, wills, trusts, the administration of estates and advising on elderly client issues. She manages the WGS Private Client Department dealing with the above areas of law for both high net worth individuals and those of more modest means.
She is the regional coordinator and runs the London Branch of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). Margaret is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Private Client Section of the Law Society.
After gaining a degree in Law from Birmingham University, Margaret trained as a solicitor in the City of London, where she worked for many years.
Before joining WGS Solicitors she led the private client departments of two, leading West Country law firms.
Miles is a Partner specialising in Commercial and Residential property. He has a wide commercial and residential property experience with particular experience working for developers, investors and banks across a broad range of sectors including office, gaming and leisure with a predominant focus on the student accommodation and retail markets.
Miles advises on all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions including conditional contracts, options, joint ventures, large scale acquisitions, development agreements and the like.
His recent experience has included advising a joint venture company on the disposal of a £50 million pound student accommodation portfolio; acting on behalf of a major student accommodation provider in the acquisition of sites with a gross development value in excess of £100 million pounds via forward funding and forward development accommodation schemes. In addition Miles has recently advised an offshore property fund on the refinancing of its UK convenience store property portfolio.
Ramani Kaur joined WGS at the beginning of this year. Ramani is an experienced solicitor and specialises in probate and the administration of estates, as well as pre-death estate planning matters including the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Ramani provides full estate planning advice, including advising on Inheritance Tax Planning for both national and international clients.
Ramani has experience in dealing with UHNW individuals and family offices and has knowledge of and experience in Shariah compliant Islamic Will matters, which are of particular interest to her.
She is an Affiliate member of STEP as well as a CLC Probate Lawyer and is currently studying STEP Trusts and Estates Practitioner qualification. She is also a member of the Law Society's Private Client Section.
Ramani has written articles which have been published. In her free time Ramani enjoys painting and writing. She is currently writing a book about a happy lifestyle.
