WESTON RHYN

Weston Rhyn Primary School is a welcoming and friendly school situated at the heart of the village of Weston Rhyn, between Oswestry and Chirk, on the Shropshire/North Wales border. Children also attend the school from Chirk Bank, Rhosweil, Bronygarth and other surrounding villages and towns... Our school was opened in 1926 as an 'All-age' school. We are fortunate to have a large school site with six classrooms in the main building, two classrooms in our EYFS building (which is also home to a privately managed playgroup in the afternoon), two playgrounds, a field and a forest school area... Our staff and governors are fully committed to ensuring that all children feel happy, safe and well-supported in our school in order for them to reach their full potential. We want our children to be excited about coming to school. As a community school, it is important for us to provide our children with a diverse range of learning opportunities; broadening horizons and widening experiences.
