Houghton Hall is a Palladian mansion built for Britain's First Prime Minister Sir Robert Walpole.
As well as an award-winning walled garden, deer park and soldier museum, the 18th century stately home is also renowned for its fine collection of contemporary sculpture, as displayed in the gardens and grounds, of which many of the pieces were created specially for Houghton.
