Reach Project Management Limited were formed in the late part of 2011, by Ian Brealey and Phil Goodman. With considerable experience of construction and Development Business through their backgrounds in Private Design and Project management companies, on a variety of Project types in the UK and Europe. Having first met Building Travel Inns in the 1980's with Phil as the client (Whitbread) and Ian a consultant, Phil and Ian subsequently became colleagues at Allied Domecq Retail and Scottish & Newcastle, taking client side responsibility for the development and Roll out of a number of well known Leisure and Hotel Brands, including Premier Lodge, Big Steak Pubs and Restaurants, Chef and Brewer, Rat and Parrots, City Limits, Old Orleans Restaurants to name but a few. With such a pedigree in Retail and Leisure, Phil and Ian developed a reputation for knowing this sector inside out and Hotel development in particular. Reach Project Management established itself on this reputation working for major Hotel and Leisure operators and developers throughout the UK. As the team grew and with it the expertise of the business we found our culture of customer service and hands on Project management was sought after and the project types diversified into other areas including Residential, Retail and student accommodation again to name but a few. Our core capabilities enable us to react quickly to a client project management request, it is of great importance to us to understand your needs and aim to deliver on time and on budget.
