Alva experience with Residential Sales, she holds a strong foundation in Property Analysis, Market Research and negotiating. Alva's ability to understand a client's requirements, knowledge and proactiveness, leads Westgate Utama to generating business and closing deals. Her large client base from Asia, resourcefulness, and her excellent customer service skills, provides many strong long-term business relationships with our International and UK Clients. Alva is also fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin which are essential to expand our international client base.
Dato Syed Nasir Shahabudin (DSDK, SMS) is responsible for overseeing the Commercial Sales, Investment Properties and Acquisitions. With Dato Syed's strong client relationships, he has helped many high-profile clients to acquire investment properties in Central London. He was conferred Datoship in Malaysia, equivalent to a UK Knighthood by HM Tuanku Abdul Halim Muaazzam Shah, the late King of Malaysia for service to his Majesty.

His understanding and knowledge of Real Estate allows Westgate Utama to maintain an exceptionally high occupancy rate, keep up with all current legislation and company procedures. With Remy's experience, he provides a high volume of strong relationships with a network of Clients and Agencies around the UK, Singapore, and Malaysia.
With over 5 years' experience in Residential Lettings and Property Management, Yasmeen is responsible for the day-to-day Property Management at Westgate Utama. Yasmeen has an up-to-date understanding of the market trends, property values and awareness of local competition; to find our clients the perfect tenants and ensuring that their properties always meet good standards. Yasmeen's skills in marketing, administration, and customer service, provides Westgate Utama with a superior service, resulting in higher volume of Residential Lets and customer satisfaction.
