Charlotte is Head of Nutrition for Russell Partnership Collection and Therme RPC. Charlotte manages our team of Nutritionists and wellbeing experts, and supports on nutritional audits, menu reviews and literature searches. Charlotte is a fully-insured, practising Nutritional Therapist and is available to consult 1-2-1 with members of the public upon request.
Charlotte earned her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Therapy from the University of West London (UWL) and will complete her Masters's in Clinical Nutrition with the University of Aberdeen in 2024 to become an AfN Registered Nutritionist, she is registered with BANT and the CNHC. Charlotte is one of 30 fully qualified Nutritional Therapists with Functional Medicine Practitioner certification (IFMCP) in the UK, an achievement obtained from 3 years of part-time overseas online learning, an in-depth case study and a rigorous 5-hour examination.
Charlotte joined Russell Partnership Collection in 2012 and, through this time, has worked in a range of roles, broadening her understanding of the hospitality consulting landscape. From administrative assistant to innovations team, programme manager at the Rugby World Cup 2015 to creative lead - Charlotte's deep knowledge of the business' values and operating structure can be seen in her involvement throughout many areas of business support.
Charlotte holds professional grade skills in Adobe InDesign and qualified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in 2016. Charlotte also has qualifications in Performance Coaching and is a mentor for online work experience students at the Centre for Nutrition Education & Lifestyle Management.

Gemma joined the Russell Partnership Collection in 2012 as Office Manager and Assistant to the Managing Director. Gemma currently leads the Business Support team and provides administrative and project support across the Russell Partnership Collection.
Gemma's additional roles within the business include IT support and office management. Since graduating in 2002 with a BA honours in Tourism Management from Swansea Metropolitan University, Gemma has worked as a project manager in a variety of different and challenging organisations within the education and training sector.
Her past roles include global e-learning development, global product launch and delivery of a range of IT vocational programmes. Gemma has an advanced diploma in Using Information Technology and a BTEC Professional Development Certificate in Management Studies.

Giles joined Russell Partnership Collection as operational support to deliver the food and beverage operation at the Athletes Village for the 2022 Commonwealth games. A further role in catering operations followed at the Stranger Things Experience for Netflix. Now, Giles heads up the Mobile Operations Team for Nourish Box, the new venture with Therme Connect.
He started management working several years in the summer events as diverse as Chelsea Flower Show to Paris Air Show. This led to more permanent roles with Rhubarb Food Design and Absolute Taste Banqueting at the most prestigious and logistically challenging museums, galleries and historic palaces in London.
As Mobile Operations Manager for Nourish Box, he is delighted to combine the experience of complex multi-site operations and precision event delivery to bring nutritious, exciting and delicious food to the diverse audience at multiple events.

Michael is a specialist creative consultant with a wealth of experience in F&B, retail, and hospitality.
He is a highly creative, client facing designer, leading his teams on often complex operational and creative briefs. Working to find synergy between the food concept / the food service model and the design experience. Over the past twenty-five years, he has been finding the balance between the spatial concept, operations and the front of house customer experience.
Where Michael excels is in the understanding of what the end user really needs from a powerful environmental experience. By calculating the right customer journey for each user group, Michael can deliver environmental experiences that meet their needs whilst weaving in superior operational solutions.
Prior to his employment with the Russell Partnership Collection, Michael completed a number of large food hall projects around the world in Korea, Sao Paulo and the UK. Recently collaborating with distinguished Korean Creative Director Kuho Jung on a 70,000 sq. ft flagship Foodhall for Lotte in Seoul. Prior to this, he won a 2018 FAB Award for Best Food Retail Environment with the 90,00 Sq. ft Lotte Jamsil store, also in Seoul, Korea.

Neil is a non-executive Director of The Russell Partnership UK Limited. Before joining Bryden Johnson in 1986, Neil spent four years training at KPMG where he gained experience working in their audit and corporate recovery divisions in a variety of business sectors.
He works as an advisor to a broad range of SMEs and charities throughout the UK, providing support to the business's management. This work has included working with Russell Partnership Collection for the last 25 years as both financial accountant and advisor as well as being a member of their advisory team. As part of the team he has worked on assignments ranging from Global Events, Major Venues, both sporting and entertainment, and the Education Sector.
He has provided a high level of technical skill combined with commercial knowledge in assisting clients to develop catering and hospitality strategies and to inform the key decisions underlying those strategies. He brings strong analytical and communication skills to bear on these key issues to enable the client to make clear and well informed decisions. Neil is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Nina is a consultant for Russell Partnership Collection and Therme RPC. She is a medical doctor having qualified from Warwick Medical School in 2009. She also has a BSc in Biochemistry & Cell Biology. Following on from her junior doctor training at St Thomas's Hospital London, Nina completed her General Practice training in 2016 and works as a GP in both the NHS and private practice in London.
In 2015, Nina was first introduced to the field of Functional Medicine and more recently in 2022 completed her full certification with the prestigious Institute for Functional Medicine in the USA, widely accepted as the global leader in Functional Medicine training. Nina uses her conventional skills alongside a Functional Medicine model to manage chronic health and lifestyle problems through a highly personalised and individually targeted approach, which takes into account not only the patient's whole biology, but also the environment on a local and a global scale. Nina is registered with the General Medical Council. She is a member of Royal College of General Practitioners. She is also a certified Nutrigenomics practitioner and has a Level 3 coaching qualification.

Peter leads all operations and initiatives for Russell Partnership Technology, which includes company strategy, finance, sales, marketing, HR, partnerships and being the public face of the company. He manages the technology aspects of the company and the wider Collection to ensure these remain in line with growth targets. He also works to discover and implement new technology to yield a competitive advantage for the Collection and our clients and partners.
Peter also leads the training team for our portfolio of industry-leading training, learning and development programs. This includes business simulations, online courses, certifications and bespoke learning environments. All of this is focussed on the hospitality, travel, tourism and events sectors. Peter works drives to continue developing our approach and delivery of learning and development for both industry and academia.
He regularly speaks at industry and education conferences worldwide on various topics, including hospitality management, technology, sustainability and revenue management. He is also a very active member of multiple associations worldwide, including The International Society of Hospitality Consultants, HSMAI, CHRIE, The Institute of Hospitality, THE-ICE, and HOSCO.
