I started my career recruiting in the maintenance sector where I enhanced my experience by managing and training a team, developing new sectors within FM, gaining experience across a wide range of positions, account management and running campaigns. Prior to setting up Silverbirch resourcing I was an Associate Director for a specialist property recruiter.
I was successful in winning internal awards and have a strong belief and determination to deliver the best possible service to both candidates and clients.
I was keen to set up my own company with the values I believe in which are to provide a high quality service at a fair price working in partnership and building long term relationships with trust and honesty.
I have built a small but dedicated team who echo my values and work hard to make our company successful.
