Experienced Engineering Geologist now director and owner of GeoCon Site Investigations Ltd, has been involved with hundreds of projects of all sizes including the Commonwealth stadium (now Manchester City Football stadium), original Manchester tram line extensions to Oldham, and Ashton; Large scale wind farms and associated infrastructure including Gwynt-Y-Mor; Nottingham Phase II tram line; Leeds Flood Defence Scheme, the M27 Smart Motorway, Bentley Motors area 2 redevelopment and many more. Ian's experience knowledge base and key skills are in business acumen and business management, engineering geology, environmental consulting, geotechnical consulting, and project management.
