Abigail is part of our Business Legal Services team in our Sheffield office, specialising in property transactions including sales and purchases of commercial and residential properties, refinancing, commercial leases, assignments of leases and licenses to assign.
Alexandra worked as a paralegal in the Care Proceedings department and is now Trainee Solicitor, starting her training contract in October 2023. She specialises in the Public Law Outline process and assisting the solicitors in the preparation of files.
Allen Jackson Bakery Limited, part of Lifft Group Limited, has acquired Chesterfield's Jacksons the Bakers in a deal which has secured the historic bakery's presence in the town and safeguarded dozens of local jobs. Banner Jones' Andrew Fielder advised on the purchase of the company's trade and assets.
Amanda joined Banner Jones with two years experience in conveyancing and works as part of our busy residential property team in Mansfield.
Amanda has recently been promoted to a team leader, assisting clients in all types of residential property transactions from start to finish, including pre and post completion work. Amanda and her team ensure that clients are kept up to date throughout their matter.
Amy joined Banner Jones in February 2021 as a support worker in our Personal Injury team, where she gained experience in dealing with clients and opening files. Amy then moved into the Residential Property team in August where she is a vaulable support to the busy residential property team in Chesterfield.

Due to Amy's passion for speaking with clients on the phone, she recently moved into the New Business Team in Chesterfield as a New Business Administrator. The New Business Team look after clients at the beginning of their conveyancing journey. Amy is responsible for providing a comprehensive quotation and then onboarding the client through our online portal.

Expertise
Andrew undertakes a mixture of corporate and commercial property work including: company formations, commercial agreements, business sales and purchases, shareholder and partnership agreements, commercial leases, development projects and commercial premises sales and acquisitions.
Andrew further specialises in residential property development site acquisition and dealing with the legal requirements for the sale of new build residential properties (including Land Registry requirements, new home warranties and Help to Buy registration).
Following the retirement of Stephen Gordon in August 2022, Andrew is now the Head of Business Legal Services.
