POINT PROFESSIONAL RECRUITMENT - Key Persons
I am the newest member of the Point Recruitment team. My main duties will include resourcing suitable candidates for our consultants and helping out in other fields as and when I can. Coming from a customer service background, having previously being an estate agent, I pride myself on building relationships and assisting people until the end of the line. I am really excited to start my journey at Point Recruitment and work with some lovely people.
I rejoined Point in 2022, having previously worked here before having my children. My main responsibilities are to cover our reception desk and to help and resource suitable candidates for our consultants. I am usually the first point of contact to all vistors to our office and I ensure everybody is welcomed with a smile. I offer advice and guidance to all of our candidates and ensure they understand and are comfortable with the recruitment process, which can be quite daunting at times. My background is mainly customer service focused and I enjoy meeting and helping people, which I am lucky enough to do everyday in my role.
Back in 2012 I decided to change my career path, so I went from teaching into accountancy and have never looked back. I joined Point Recruitment in December 2021 and immediately felt like I belong here. It gives me great satisfaction to now be an integral part of the Point Family where I can thrive in an environment which is professional and friendly at the same time. Together we work in harmony to achieve the best for the business, for our clients and for the people we recruit and are so pleased to see them happy in their jobs.
