Alannah Franklin-Whyte

Alannah grew up in Bristol and has worked within the property sector for the last two years as both a property manager and a lettings negotiator. As our lettings negotiator Alannah is professional, efficient and has a dedicated work ethic. As a landlord you can expect to receive thorough updates and advice on prospective tenants. In her free time Alannah enjoys socialising, is a keen pianist and loves to travel.

Ann Zadarnowski

  • Business Development Manager
Ann is our Business Development Manager and has been with Maggs + Allen for over 16 Years she has firsthand experience of the Estate Agency and Surveying business. With a background in financial services, sales and marketing, Ann looks after all of Maggs + Allen's marketing, and compliance. She continually monitors our service to clients both corporate and private and handles their development.

Anna Maggs

Anna has been a Partner of the firm since 1994 and is Head of our Investment and Auction Departments. Anna is the Auctioneer and deals with our larger clients' needs; she has a wealth of experience in the residential and commercial market places and is able to give advice on all aspects of property and land sales.

Brad Watson

Brad has recently joined us as a Senior Negotiator in our residential sales team after relocating from Somerset. He has a wealth of knowledge in the property sales industry having worked in Dorset for more than five years and has completed his NAEA Level 3 Qualification. With his friendly and enthusiastic approach, Brad is looking forward to meeting local vendors & potential buyers and will endeavour to find them their perfect property. Outside of work you can find Brad playing many sports, especially football and badminton. He's also a keen runner and is looking forward to participating in the Bath Marathon.

Dan Cox

Dan is the newest member of the Auction and Commercial team having previously worked for another Bristol estate agency. Getting straight into the property market after finishing his studies in Bristol, Dan is wise beyond his years and his diligent and affable approach has quickly made him an invaluable member of the team.

Ella Rees

Ella is our resident administration and marketing expert in our Henleaze office! She prides herself on ensuring the office runs as efficiently as possible on a day-to-day basis and deals with general administrative tasks and social media marketing. She's always on hand to answer any questions our clients may have.

Gareth Murphy

Gareth has been working in the property industry for over 15 years, working in senior positions in both Sales and Lettings. Originally hailing from Swansea, South Wales - Gareth has been living in Bristol for almost a decade and prides himself on his in-depth knowledge of the local property market and keen eye for detail. Outside of property, he enjoys an active lifestyle playing football, hiking and road cycling.

Jack Deacon

Jack is the newest member of the Commercial Agency team, having previously worked for a regional estate agent. Given Jack's can-do attitude and highly likeable personality, it is no surprise that he has already agreed numerous commercial sales and lettings and we are sure he will continue to be a very valuable asset for the department. Jack can assist with all of your commercial property requirements.

Jessica Archer

Jessica is our Lettings Manager and oversees our busy residential Lettings & Property Management department. She has been working in the letting industry since 2016 and uses her extensive skills and knowledge to manage our large portfolio of clients. Natalie Wakefield

Natalie joined the company in 2022 as a Negotiator, having taken time out of her career to look after her growing family. After gaining a BA(Hons) Business Studies at Leeds University, she started her career in the financial sector working in marketing and events organisation before pursuing her interest in property and moving into estate agency. Natalie thrives on meeting people and loves nothing more than helping people find their dream home. She lives locally with her partner and two daughters and enjoys Pilates and eating out with family and friends.

Rob Ansell

Rob has been with Maggs & Allen for over a decade and is Manager of the Auction & Investment department. He specialises in the valuation and sale of a wide variety of residential and commercial auction properties across Bristol, Bath and the South West. Rob's experience and expertise when dealing with all types of properties and land has helped to establish Maggs & Allen as the leading property auctioneers in the Bristol area.

Sam Pengelly

Sam grew up in Cornwall and then studied at Cardiff Metropolitan University before moving to Bristol in 2018.   He discovered his interest in property whilst looking for his first property to buy with his fiancé and his knowledge of all things property related continues to grow in his role within our busy auction department   In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the local countryside with his fiancé and their golden retriever. He also has a keen interest in sport and if he's not found doing a variety of sporting activities, he can probably be found with his friends at a pub quiz night!

Tim Maggs - CEO

Tim is the Managing Partner and oversees all aspects of the business. Tim has over 25 years' experience with extensive knowledge of surveying and valuing in Bristol and the surrounding areas. He acts for private clients, local solicitors, major lenders, Housing associations and Charities providing advice on value, condition and acting as expert witness when required. Tim is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a RICS Registered Valuer.

Tim Medforth

Toby Fisher

Toby has been with Maggs & Allen for over 20 years. With an extensive knowledge of the retail, industrial, office, leisure and commercial/mixed use investment property market he is well placed to advise on the best course of marketing. Over the years Toby has established excellent relationships with corporate clients, private investors and developers whose repeat business has cemented Maggs & Allen's position at the forefront of the Bristol property market. Toby is a Chartered Surveyor and a RICS Registered Valuer and regularly provides RICS compliant Red Book valuations to assist with property acquisitions, Pension Providers, to assist with the calculation of Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax, for Matrimonial purposes, and has experience acting as an Expert Witness for the court.

Tom Parrott
