POLE 4 FITNESS - Key Persons

Clare Bennett

Job Titles:
  • Caitlin 's Instructor
  • My Instructor
My instructor Clare Bennett has been brilliant. She's been more like a friend than an instructor but always professional while teaching us in the studio. She's always there for support and advice on our pole journey. My pole family Donna, Laura, Helen Judi, Mandy and Holly are absolute stars, always there to encourage each other. Clare said I chose Lisa because she is a consistent, dedicated poler who is always on hand with tips, ideas, and support. Lisa has recently hit her target weight after the lockdown inactivity and is back on top form for doing this. She has developed a good eye for pole technique and understands what is wrong when a move doesn't work, so it is a pleasure to work with as she gets right back on after a failure, and she is stronger and more capable than she gives herself credit for. Lisa says she has no outstanding achievements, but I beg to differ; she is the head of a large family with grandchildren, she is a carer and still has time to help others, and she comes to pole consistently nailing new moves every week! Well Done, Lisa! Clare is Caitlin's instructor, and she said, "I nominated Caitlin because she comes every week, works so hard and has no idea how good she is! Caitlin doubts her ability, and I wanted to show her off to everyone. She is a pleasure to teach and always keen to learn; she thinks each new move will be impossible, yet it never is. Caitlin is a role model to every shy, anxious girl out there looking in, thinking they could never do that but is desperate to give pole a try. She is proof that the hardest part is walking through the door; once you begin, it just gets easier every week. I couldn't be prouder of her, her journey, and her growth in skills and confidence. Well done, Caitlin!"
