Mr Lee Fong Heng started as an assurance associate more than 8 years ago, and has gained, through progression and responsibility, a wealth of experience dealing with the financial assurance of SMEs, MNCs, publicly listed clients, and overseas/international conglomerates. During his many years of service with the firm, Mr Fong Heng has been engaged in all facets of work appropriate to a modern professional accountancy practice, guiding and shaping our audit and assurance branch to achieve a greater level of excellence.
In his professional capacity, Fong Heng is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants ("ISCA") and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ("ACCA") accounting bodies.

Vincent graduated from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with Bachelor of Accountancy. He has over 18 years of professional exposure and experience in auditing and accounting services, including several years with one of the Big Four Accountancy firms in Singapore. He was responsible for a diverse portfolio of listed and privately held clients that include industries such as property development & construction, logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, shipping, trading and hotels. Apart from audit, Vincent also participated in initial public offerings ("IPOs"), agree-upon procedure and due diligence assignments. He was the signing partner for two China companies, listed in Bursa.
Vincent is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with Certificate for Practice with ISCA, Public Accountant registered with ACRA. He was involved in engagements listed in the Stock Exchanges of Singapore and Malaysia.

Wei Han is the head of our efforts in talent recruitment and training and development, and staff wellness. Prior to this position, he served in the audit and assurance department for 3 years, leading the execution of many audit engagements focused in the shipping industry.
Wei Han is also largely involved with our innovation efforts, directing and executing our investments into new technology solutions since 2020. He works alongside Yeak Ing in transforming the audit process through RPA, OCR and practice management software, to provide qualified and valuable data to find new efficiencies within the overall audit processes.
Wei Han also serves on the board of several companies, focused on education, AI,and several committees within PWCO focused on driving new business, as well as serving on our advisory arm for social and environmental sustainability.
Wei Han has a BA Accountancy and Finance from the University of Greenwich, and is a partially qualified accountant with the ICAEW.

Yeak Ing is PWCO's head partner of audit. Since joining in 1991 and till 2017, she has served in the capacity of audit and assurance for many of our largest SGX-listed clients, rising through the ranks and eventually in the capacity of partner in 2002. She was instrumental in helping many large mainland chinese companies develop their business and expand into the Asia pacific region, and instumental in the development of our IPO services in Singapore.
Prior to being appointed to this post in September 2020, Yeak Ing served in as the GFC for various water treatment companies, laying the groundwork and overseeing the exeuction of these companies being listed on SGX. In her many years of experience, she has in-depth expertise in shipping, information technology and hospitality sectors.
Yeak Ing has spearheaded our innovation efforts, leading the investment and deployment of many new technology solutions in 2020. She helped create the initiative of the SmartAudit programme, redefining how PWCO engagement members redefine their work through the use of RPA, technology and data, whilst also creating new solutions in the process.
She also serves on the board on several consulting arms, significantly positioned and developed for the focus on environmental and social sustainability in the modern 21st century.
