Chris has been in Estate Agency since 1998 joining Richard Poyntz And Co in 2001. She is responsible for Sales progression, she is also responsible for the Management of the Companies Lettings and Company Secretary.

James has over 25 years' experience in the local property market and has been at Richard Poyntz and Co since 2000 becoming a partner in 2003 .He is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and The Association of Residential Letting Agents . As well as a property valuer he is a skilled negotiator with a highly respected reputation due to his strong local knowledge and expertise in the property field.
