Ben studied locally, completing his GNVQ in Business Studies at Guernsey College of Further Education. He started his career in 1999 working for CGNU, now Aviva, as a Trainee Commercial Underwriter and then made the move to Insurance Broking, in the role of a Personal Lines Broker. In 2002 Ben took on the challenge of Commercial Insurance Broking, specialising in Property Owners, Financial Lines and other Commercial Risks.
Born and educated in Guernsey, Claire has been working in administration for nearly 20 years. She previously worked at the States Analytical Laboratory, and prior to this was a Payroll Administrator at Trident Trust Company. Her experience and skills are a perfect fit in our small, friendly administration team.
Diane will be a familiar face to any visitor to SPF. She has been providing administrative support and a warm welcome to clients for the last 16 years. Diane has worked with Pierre and Jez since 2001and she is an integral part of the business. Her knowledge and skills ensure the smooth day-to-day running of SPF.

Gary moved to a career in financial services in 1991 and has been a mortgage adviser for over 20 years. He began concentrating on mortgage broking in the early 1990s when the housing market in Guernsey took off, and has been working in that market ever since.
Glenn had a strong background in customer services before he embarked on his mortgage career and now, with many years experience in the local mortgage market and all of the relevant qualifications under his belt, he draws on this entire skillset to help our clients find the mortgage products that suit them best.
Jez was born and educated in Guernsey and has been with the company since 2001. He is a fully qualified mortgage adviser with a wealth of knowledge on the local mortgage market. He prides himself on his level of customer service and attention to detail.
Jo has worked in the finance industry for over 30 years. Having worked for a major clearing bank, Jo now provides administrative support to the team at SPF Private Clients. Born and educated in Guernsey, Jo prides herself on her level of customer service and attention to detail.

Born in Guernsey and educated at Elizabeth College, Matt works alongside Steve, with responsibility for personal lines insurance. Having worked in the property market for ten years, Matt is well versed in providing high levels of customer service. He is also an Island Golf player.
Pierre was a founder member of the business when it started in 1997, and quickly found his niche as a mortgage broker. His extensive knowledge and understanding of the lending industry, coupled with a flair for dealmaking and a passion for his work make him a leading force in the market.
