Sublime Dining was founded, back in 2006 at the legendary ski station Chamonix. Chef & patron Simon Sutcliffe began catering to a higher end chalet clientele that demanded a finer touch to their ski holidays. Over the next 15 years he moved on to villas and super yachts worldwide, whilst also furthering his experience in London and the fine dining restaurant scene... Typically, life moves on. Now settled in London, UK, with access to the wonderful opportunity, produce and talented professionals that London offers, Sublime Dining are able to do what they do best - serve outstanding food, with style, and deliver to you a Sublime Dining experience.
