Finance or rental or lease purchase payment terms are agreed and foundation plans are given. Whilst all service connections, foundations & drainage etc are the responsibility of the client, we do have an excellent working relationship with local building, electrical and plumbing contractors whom we can recommend. Your building is then ordered, delivered and erected, the manufacturing process normally takes 10-12 weeks dependent on the work load...
