Mike has 18 years' experience in the construction industry, cutting his teeth at Janic Construction, a specialist residential and commercial property building services firm.
He then went on to become a demolition, groundworks and construction specialist at Havering Demolition and groundworks, where he spent five years honing his trade.
Mike finally joined BNC in November 2013 and has become a core part of the director team.

Paul is a seasoned estimator, surveyor, contracts manager and estimating director, with over 30 years' experience.
Paul's skills span the full range of estimating services, from enquiry to tender form or anything in between. This includes preparing scheduled work quantities (BoQ), interim valuations, final accounts and general contract administration.
Starting at residential and commercial building firm Frederik J French in 1987, Paul's career progressed through estimating and project management roles until he became a self-employed estimator in 2005.
Robert works as a senior site manager and has been with the company for around 8 years.
Scott is a multi-trades professional with a specialism in partitioning and ceiling fixing.
