Pure Moves is a friendly Pilates and wellness centre established in 2007 by Liz Chandler, serving Somerset and Wiltshire with dedicated studios in the middle of the lovely town of Frome... We specialise in Pilates but we value the complementary benefits of other disciplines such as Qigong, yoga and meditation. We also have Qigong classes, holistic therapies and host workshops throughout the year to ensure a rounded experience for our clients... The centre is set in a quiet location with its own peaceful garden. Our studios and therapy rooms are comfortable and warm. We aim to provide the community with an encouraging and supportive environment for body, mind, health.
