An expert business journalist, Ben holds a raft of experience as editor of membership magazines for large professional bodies, having been the multiple award-winning editor for several business periodicals. He is a seasoned podcast and live event host, writer and ghostwriter. Ben serves as editor-at-large of Dialogue.
Caroline is an experienced art director in the publishing industry with over a decade of experience having worked in London and Hong Kong. She leads design projects from initial conception to market delivery, is skilled in magazine book design, branding, art direction, advertising and illustration.

Martin brings several decades of experience at the top level of publishing in the business and professional fields. A multiple award-winner, Martin counts editorships, directorships and publishing roles among his career highlights. Clients call him "intelligent, focused and enormously supportive".
Monica focuses on bringing to LID new publishing projects from Asia and managing translation rights in the region. She has a long history of working in publishing (including bilingual business digest magazine Master60, Sunbright Publishing Co Taiwan and Kogan Page). She holds a Masters in Publishing from City University, London. Monica is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Neil Usher is a consultant and also the Chief Partnerships Officer for GoSpace. He wrote and published his first book, The Elemental Workplace, in 2018. His second book, Elemental Change, was released in November 2020.
Nicole Soames is a highly qualified coach and EQ practitioner with extensive commercial experience gained from 12 years leveraging large sales teams for Unilever and United Biscuits, followed by more than 18 years spent developing and delivering training programmes across the globe. In 2009, Nicole founded Diadem, the leading commercial skills training and coaching company. With hundreds of clients across the globe, Diadem has helped many thousands of people become commercial athletes in negotiation, selling and influencing, account management, marketing, presenting, strategy, coaching, and leadership and management.
Nicole is the author of four books - The Coaching Book, The Presenting Book, The Influence Book and The Negotiation Book. In the planning and publication of all four books, she collaborated with LID.
Teya holds a first-class degree in journalism from Coventry University. She has strong skills in digital marketing, social media and content creation. At LID, Teya implements effective PR and digital marketing campaigns to engage the audience of each book and raise the profile of LID authors.
