Alison has worked as Morganstone's Accounts Manager since February 2012. She is responsible for running all aspects of the accounts department including payroll, sub-contractor and supplier payments and human resources co-ordination.

Andrew has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, in various roles and has held the position of Pre-Development Director for the last 20 years.
Andrew commenced his journey as a Trainee Estimator and then followed a progression path of Estimator, Design Co-ordinator, Design Manager, Technical Director and Company Director. His experience covers all facets of construction in Commercial, Education, Health and Residential sectors.
As Pre-Development Director, Andrew leads the pre-construction team and has a comprehensive knowledge of cost planning and detailed financial appraisals of construction costs and ensures compliance with Employer's requirements.
Daniel began his career over 10 years ago as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor and has worked his way up to his current position of Managing Surveyor whilst achieving a Master's Degree in Quantity Surveying. He has worked on schemes across Wales and the South West ranging from £2Million to £30Million and across residential, commercial, educational and health sector projects.

Ian is an experienced Director and Senior Manager with a proven track record in the residential construction and property development industry. He has a wide knowledge of the construction industry including expertise in planning, development appraisal, commercial, construction and sales.

Kevin commenced his journey into the construction industry as an Apprentice Bricklayer, almost 40 years ago. Since then, he has had an extensive career delivering a multitude of high-profile commercial, retail, healthcare and pharmaceutical project. Career highlights have included placing within the top 10 in the country for Construction Manager of the Year, for the delivery of the £40million St. Catherine's Walk development in Carmarthen, West Wales, and subsequently achieving an MCIOB.
During his considerable career journey, Kevin has held various roles ranging from Project Director to Pre-Development Manager, before joining Morganstone in July 2020 as Operations Manager. Kevin brings with him a considerable wealth of experience in the construction sector, having previously worked for Simon's Construction Ltd and Dawnus Construction Ltd, specialising in Passivhaus Design, delivering 21st Century Schools across South and Mid Wales, alongside a multitude of large-scale retail projects across the UK.
Kevin has recently been promoted to Senior Operations Manager. Kevin's new role takes overall responsibility for operations and he will work with the Operations Managers on delivery of all our projects to budget and to time. Kevin will also be heavily involved in the Pre Development Stage of projects too.
Matthew is an ACCA qualified accountant and has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years. Starting his career as a purchase ledger clerk, he worked his way up in the finance department gaining knowledge and experience assisting the Finance Director.
Matthew's current role oversees the finance team and includes working closely with the Commercial teams to ensure accuracy in reported figures and driving efficiencies.
Neil has almost 40 years' experience in the construction industry with a background predominantly in the housing sector, delivering projects across Wales and the West of England.
He has a wealth of experience from high-rise buildings to 2,3,4,5 and 6 bed houses, working on green field and brown field sites.
Tonia is a Director of Morganstone and oversees sales and marketing for the company.
Tonia has extensive experience in a wide range of businesses and has previously run both her own business and a family-run business for many years.
During her free time Tonia enjoys reading, walking and going to the gym.
