Ada started her career in Hong Kong after gaining a degree in business administration. Now based locally Ada ensures the smooth running of our Islington & Shoreditch office and the progression of tenancy files. Ada is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English Chinese which proves invaluable to international client base.
Alaa has worked in the property industry since 2018 and has gained valuable experience in the property management sector dealing with all types of maintenance and refurb works, deposit returns and dilapidations, and contractor management. Alaa prides himself in providing a professional standard of service.

Alex has been working in the industry since 2013 and has vast experience in the prime central London rental market. As Assistant Lettings Manager of our busy City and Clerkenwell office and a Member of ARLA, he is well placed to assist our clients in achieving the best possible tenancies for their investment and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Alice Joined our Clerkenwell & City Lettings Office in early 2021 and with a diverse property experience having previously worked as a lettings consultant in North London and a sales agent in the Cayman Islands. During her time with our company Alice has helped hundreds of tenants find their new home and is committed to meeting the expectations of her clients.
Alicia joined us in 2019 bringing a wealth of industry experience and expertise in Lettings Administration. In addition to progressing tenancies for our Lettings teams Alicia also assists our Property and Tenancy Management departments, helping our Landlords and their properties remain compliant with existing legislation. Alicia is bilingual in Spanish and English and has an degree in Fine Arts.
Angela started her career in central London Lettings in 2000 after graduating in Economics from Exeter University. She has a Diploma in Residential Lettings and Management and is a Fellow of ARLA. As Manager of the City office since 2010, she has both the experience and qualifications to best advise our clients with her pro-active and candid approach. Angela was born and grew up in London.
Cem comes from a legal background having studied Law at the University of Hertfordshire and the University of Law in Moorgate. His background coupled with a calm and hard working character proves invaluable to both client and customer.
David oversees the Company's residential agency departments and specialises in bespoke marketing and PR campaigns for new developments and individual properties. He is an authority on the London Property Market, regularly quoted by the national press. He heads the research side of the agency which provides detailed analysis of current market trends, sub market activity and the planning pipeline as well as trend markets.
Dawn has worked in the property industry for over twenty years and has a wealth of experience in the lettings market and in property management. Dawn advises our Landlords of changes in rental values, market conditions and legislation helping to best ensure a long, unbroken and profitable tenancy.
Francelene has been working within the property industry since 2018 and brings a diverse skill set to our company. With previous experience in Property Management, Lettings Client Accounts and Administration, Francelene now ensures the smooth running of our Aldgate office and progression of tenancy files for our Landlords.
Gareth joined Hurford Salvi Carr having gained valuable experience in both Residential and Block Management sectors. His expertise in dealing with maintenance issues, deposit returns, day to day management of buildings and individual properties is of great benefit to our clients. Gareth prides himself in offering excellent customer service and has very good knowledge of the local area.
Hannah has worked in the industry since 2008, starting her career in administration before continuing to residential sales and New Homes. Her considerable experience in residential sales and client relationships now plays a key role for our company, clients and customers.
Javier Lauret - Chief Commercial Officer

Javier is Member of NAEA and Associate Member of RICS, and brings to the commercial team 10 years of experience in property in Central London. With an MSc in Real Estate, his interdisciplinary background is key to understand in-depth the retailers business models, and this, together with his fluency in Spanish, Italian and Portuguese, allows him to advise a number of overseas companies in their retail and office acquisitions in London
John is an excellent communicator and possess a warm and very approachable personality. He is committed to meeting his clients expectations and making sure people enjoy the process of finding a new home. John is a qualified lifeguard and trained first aider.

Julian heads up our Tenancy Management team and is based at our Docklands office. An industry professional with over thirty years experience in the Central London property market, Julian provides our investors and landlords with technical support throughout the life of a tenancy and negotiates new rental terms on their behalf.
Jurgita joined Hurford Salvi Carr as Lettings and Renewals Co-ordinator bringing along years of experience in the Residential Sales and Lettings market. She started her career in London in 2012 after graduating Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Jurgita holds CeMap qualification accredited by Ofqual and awarded by London Institute of Banking and Finance.
A seasoned professional, Kirk started his career in Central London Residential Agency in 2001 and has benefitted from experience of both sales and lettings markets. With a particular enthusiasm for the Islington and Shoreditch areas, he also has high level experience working across The City and Docklands. His professional approach is a real benefit to both landlords and Tenants.
Having worked in real estate since 2008 Luca brings experience and enthusiasm to our Islington and Shoreditch team. His passion for property together with his interest in art and architecture helps him build strong relationships with clients and customers. Luca has a Law Degree and a Masters in Modern & Contemporary Art & Design at Christies Auction House.
Marc has worked in residential lettings since 1994 and prides himself on offering both landlords and tenants alike an efficient, friendly and professional service. Marc believes in being honest and transparent at all times and continuously strives at achieving great results whilst ensuring customer satisfaction and expectation is always met.
Marco is one of London's leading residential sales agents who started his estate agency career in London in 1987. Since joining Hurford Salvi Carr in February 2005, Marco's enthusiasm and profound knowledge have proven invaluable to clients of our City office; Fluent in Italian he has also assists Italian professionals looking to acquire homes in The City. Marco was born in Central London and lives locally giving him an excellent platform from which to promote the virtues of our area.
Maria has worked in the property management industry since 2010 and gained a wealth of knowledge managing whilst portfolios in Central London. This experience allows her to provide exceptional guidance and customer service to both our Landlords and tenants.
Michael heads up our Aldgate Lettings department, looking after the interests of Landlords with property in areas such as Spitalfields, Whitechapel, Wapping and The City. He is ARLA qualified, has been working in the Central London property industry 2017, and prides himself in delivering an excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.

Having started his property management career in 2015, Miguel's background in Law is an important factor in keeping our clients and their properties compliant with the legislative requirements of this industry.
Oksana is a ARLA qualified professional who prides herself on customer satisfaction ensuring that both her tenants and landlords expectations are exceeded. Oksana speaks Russian, Ukrainian and Bulgarian. Has been working in the Central London property market since 2011.

A valued member of our team, Omar began his career in residential sales agency in 2000. A member of NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents), Omar has a BA degree in Politics and History from Middlesex University.
Paul joined Hurford Salvi Carr in 1999 and became a Partner in 2007. With over 20 years experience in estate agency, Paul advises developers, investors and asset managers on residential projects from initial site appraisal through to sales & marketing or rental & management. Paul also oversees the company's Marketing, Lettings, and Management operations.
