CO-OP PARTY

The Co-operative Party was formed in 1917 to put co-operators into Parliament. It is the political arm of the British Co-operative Movement, and all its members must also be members of a bona fide Co-operative Society.The Co-operative Party has an electoral agreement with the Labour Party, allowing it to stand Official Labour and Co-operative MP's, MSP's, AM's, MEP's and Councillors.
