Antonio Belloni

Antonio Belloni was born in Italy on June 22, 1954. After earning a degree in economics from the University of Pavia (Italy), he joined Procter & Gamble in 1978. He held a series of positions of increasing responsibility in the United States, Greece, Belgium and Switzerland before being appointed President of Procter & Gamble Europe in 1999. He joined LVMH in 2001 as Group Managing Director, with responsibility for strategic and operational management of Group companies. He also oversees the Regions' Presidents, the Digital and Data Transformation of the Group. He is a member of the Board of Directors of LVMH and Chairman of the Executive Committee.

Bernard Arnault is Chairman and CEO of LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton, the world's leading luxury products group. Born to an industrial family in Roubaix, France on March 5, 1949, Mr. Arnault attended the Roubaix lycée and the Faidherbe lycée in Lille. He then went on to study at the Ecole polytechnique. He began his professional career that year as an engineer with the Ferret-Savinel construction company and successively was promoted to various executive management positions before becoming Chairman in 1978. Mr. Arnault remained there until 1984, when he undertook the reorganization of the Financière Agache holding company. He returned the group to profitability as he embarked upon a strategy of developing the world's leading luxury products company. In the process, he reinvigorated Christian Dior as the cornerstone of the new organization. In 1989, Mr. Arnault became the majority shareholder of LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton, creating the world's leading luxury products group. Mr. Arnault has been Chairman and CEO of the company since that date. Mr. Arnault is also President of the Board of Directors of Groupe Arnault S.E. (his family holding company). Mr. Arnault is married and has five children. He has been awarded the honorary titles of Grand Officier de la Légion d'Honneur and Commandeur des Arts et des Lettres.

Chantal Gaemperle

Chantal Gaemperle was Recruitment & Human Resources Development Manager with Philip Morris from 1991 to 1995. She subsequently joined Merrill Lynch International as Head of Human Resources for Switzerland. In 2001 she was named Head of Corporate Management Development and Sourcing and a member of the Management Committee of Nestlé.

Jean-Baptiste Voisin was born in France on April 14, 1967. He is a graduate of the Ecole polytechnique and the Ecole des Mines de Paris. He began his career with Danone France in production and then marketing. In 1996, he joined the McKinsey & Company consulting firm, becoming a partner in 2002. He was co-leader of the retail practice for Europe and then worldwide. Jean-Baptiste Voisin joined LVMH as Chief Strategy Officer in 2006. He has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2012. As well as these functions, he has been President of LVMH Métiers d'Art since 2015.

John Galliano

Delphine Arnault was born on April 4, 1975. Delphine Arnault began her career at international strategy consultancy firm McKinsey, where she worked as a consultant for two years. In 2000, she moved to designer John Galliano's company, which she helped develop, acquiring hands- on experience in the fashion industry. In 2001, she joined Christian Dior Couture, where she served as Deputy Managing Director from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, she was appointed Executive Vice President of Louis Vuitton, in charge of supervising all of Louis Vuitton's products-related activities. Since February 1, 2023, Delphine Arnault has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Christian Dior Couture. She is a member of the LVMH Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee.

Jérôme Sibille was born on May 5, 1980 in France. He is a graduate of the University of Nancy (Master's in Business and Tax Law, Master's in Corporate Law) and the Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Master's in Business and Economic Law) and holds the CAPA practicing attorney certificate. He practiced as a lawyer for more than ten years. He began his career with Hoche, then moving to Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before joining the U.S. firm Davis Polk in 2005. A specialist in mergers-acquisitions and litigation, he worked in the firm's Paris and New York offices. Jérôme Sibille joined the LVMH Group in January 2015 as Advisor to the Chairman and CEO, before being named Group Executive Vice President General Administration & Legal Affairs in 2021. He has been a member of the LVMH Executive Committee and Secretary to the Board of Directors of LVMH since 2023.

In February 2023, Michael Burke became Advisor to the Chairman. Stéphane Bianchi was born in France on January 10, 1965. A graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, Stéphane Bianchi started out as a consultant at Arthur Andersen. He spent a large portion of his career within the Yves Rocher Group, where he became Chief Executif Officer in 1998, at 33 years old. He contributed to the growth and diversification of the Group, directly managing the brands Yves Rocher and Petit Bateau.
