Brett Everhart

Brett has more than 10 years of industry experience and is responsible for Probitas Partners' relationship management activities. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Brett served as a financial analyst with Oracle's mergers and acquisitions team in Redwood Shores. While at Oracle, Brett was responsible for the due diligence and integration of acquisitions. Brett earned a BA in Economics from the University of California at Davis and is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder.

Caryn Feinberg - Managing Director

Caryn has more than 25 years of industry experience and is primarily responsible for Probitas Partners' relationship management activities and fund origination efforts. Caryn previously worked as director of investor relations for Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), a private equity infrastructure fund. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Caryn was Senior Director at SecondMarket, Inc., where she was responsible for structuring and implementing the firm's secondary trading market for private banks and expanding the third-party sales channel to attract private equity funds, venture and hedge fund clients. Earlier in her career, Caryn held a variety of management positions at Citigroup, including roles in sales and marketing, operations, investor relations, and equity research. She earned an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Business Management from Cornell University.

Charles Williams

Charles has more than nine years industry experience and is responsible for Probitas Partners' project management activities. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Charles gained his experience at family office Clivedale as a Development Manager and Countrywide as an Investment Analyst focusing on real estate investments and acquisitions. Charles earned a BSc from the University of Reading.

Greg Hausler - Managing Director

Greg has more than 37 years of industry experience and is responsible for Probitas Partners' relationship management activities. Prior to founding Probitas Partners, Greg was a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston (formerly Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette) in the Private Fund Group where he was responsible for maintaining key investor relationships in western North America as well as sourcing and evaluating prospective general partners. Before joining CSFB, Greg held positions of increasing responsibility marketing institutional financial products and providing investment advice at Banc America Robertson Stephens, La Salle Advisors and Prudential-Bache Capital Funding. Greg earned a BA in Political Science from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Haakon Gresvig

Haakon has more than 18 years of industry experience and leads Probitas Partners' activities in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Haakon was a Director at Wedge Alternatives, a boutique placement agent in London focused on raising capital for private equity and hedge funds. Prior to that, Haakon worked at Goldman Sachs in New York and London, most recently as an Associate supporting the interest rate derivatives sales desk in London. Haakon earned a BSc in Business Administration from University of Colorado at Boulder. He also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Designation. Probitas Funds Group, LLC ("PFG") is a member of FINRA and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. PFG is also a member of SIPC. There are several members of the Probitas Partners group of companies. PFG-UK Ltd. is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and Probitas Hong Kong Limited is licensed to carry on Type 1 and Type 4 regulated activities in Hong Kong. In addition, PFG is licensed as an international securities dealer in the Province of Ontario and licensed as a Type 2 Financial Dealer in Japan. PFG and PFG-UK Ltd. are exempt from registration in Australia by the ASIC.

Harrison Daniels - VP

Harrison has more than 10 years of industry experience and is responsible for Probitas Partners' relationship management activities. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Harrison was Vice President of Business Development at Matthews Asia. At Matthews Asia, Harrison was responsible for developing and maintaining key investor relationships across the RIA/MFO/HNW space in the United States. Prior to Matthews Asia, Harrison was a Sales Consultant at Salient Partners, a boutique asset management firm. Harrison earned a BA from Princeton University and is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) charterholder.

Jack Hill - VP

Jack has more than seven years of industry experience and is responsible for Probitas Partners' relationship management activities across EMEA based out of London. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Jack was at AZR Capital where he was responsible for raising assets across a range of private equity and private credit mandates from institutional investors and family offices in EMEA and Asia. Prior to AZR, Jack also held a similar role at AA Advisors and before that was at Merian Global Investors (OMGI before their MBO alongside TA Associates) where he covered the UK investor market distributing their range of alternative, equity and fixed income strategies. Jack earned a BA(econ) from the University of Manchester with a specialty in Finance and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Joe Maertens

Joe has more than 11 years of industry experience and is responsible for relationship management activities as well as fund origination efforts. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Joe was a Principal at Atlantic-Pacific Capital where he was responsible for the origination and due diligence of potential fund mandates. Prior to Atlantic-Pacific Capital, Joe was an Associate in the Credit Suisse Private Fund Group where he assisted with fund origination and due diligence, as well as project management activities, in North America. Joe earned a BS in Finance, BS in Accounting and BA in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. Joe is also a CFA and CAIA charterholder.

Kelly DePonte

Kelly has more than 41 years of industry experience and is a Managing Director at Kelly DePonte Advisory LLC. Kelly was previously responsible for Probitas Partners' research. Prior to Probitas Partners, Kelly was Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at Pacific Corporate Group ("PCG"), a leading provider of alternative investment advisory, management and consulting services. Kelly oversaw the partnership investment program, which comprised more than $20 billion in capital dedicated globally to private equity. Before joining PCG, Kelly held various senior positions at First Interstate Bancorp, including management of a $170 million venture capital portfolio, oversight of all financial derivative activity in the corporation and its banks, and analysis and management of capital and liquidity positions of First Interstate subsidiaries. Kelly is also a Member of the Advisory Board of the Investment Management Due Diligence Association (IMDDA.org) providing advice on closed-end fund due diligence. He also serves as a Trustee of the Bennington Museum that is focused on art and history in Bennington, Vermont. Previously, he served on the Editorial Advisory Board of The Review of Private Equity, and he is the editor of several books published by PEI Media: "The Definitive Guide to Private Equity Fund Due Diligence" (1st & 2nd editions); "The Definitive Guide to Distressed Debt and Turnaround Investing" (1st & 2nd editions); and "A Guide to Private Equity Fund of Funds Managers" (2nd edition). Kelly earned a BA in Communications from Stanford University and an MBA from The Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.

Nick Hatch - Managing Director

Nick has more than 15 years of secondaries experience and leads secondary advisory activities at Probitas Partners. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Nick founded the secondary advisory platforms at Harken Capital and Scalar Partners, closing over 35 unique transactions representing over $2 billion of transaction volume. Prior to Scalar Partners, Nick was part of the secondaries team at Probitas Partners and began his career at Jefferies and Deutsche Bank in San Francisco. Nick earned a BA in Finance from the University of Utah.

Ray Tsao - CEO

Ray has more than 19 years of industry experience and is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Ray was an investment banker in the Technology Group at Credit Suisse in San Francisco. While at Credit Suisse, Ray was responsible for executing capital raising transactions and merger and acquisition engagements for companies across the technology industry. Ray earned a BS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.

Sam Robinson - VP

Sam has more than eight years of industry experience and is responsible for Probitas Partners' project management activities, with a focus on renewable energy and impact strategies. Prior to joining the project management function at Probitas, Sam worked on the research team under Kelly DePonte. Sam earned a BA in Economics with an emphasis in Finance from San Francisco State University.

Sinead O'Sullivan - CFO

Sinead has more than 33 years of experience in financial operations and is responsible for running the day-to-day finance operations at Probitas Partners. Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Sinead worked at Applied Materials, where she managed software implementations in the finance organization. Prior to that, Sinead worked at KPMG. Sinead attended Cork Institute of Technology and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Tanaka S. Pari

Tanaka has more than 17 years of industry experience, is responsible for Probitas Partners' relationship management activities across EMEA, and is based in Munich. Prior to Probitas, Tanaka worked in fundraising for Engel & Völkers Capital, a German real estate fund manager. Previously, he served as advisor to an impact-driven investment firm focused on solar projects into emerging markets. In 2016, he was relocated to Munich from London by a spinout from von Braun & Schreiber Private Equity Partners (AssetMetrix). Prior to that, he ran the M&A advisory and PE sponsor revenue book at Mergermarket Group where he focused on Nordics & Western Europe. The firm successfully transitioned from VC/founder ownership to an exit to BC Partners and GIC during his 9 year tenure. Tanaka began his career with Spark Ventures followed by a stint as a Lloyd's of London M&A/property broker. Tanaka earned a Masters in Management (Hons) from Durham University and has completed a Real Estate Programme at Oxford University Saïd Business School.

Will Lipinski - VP

Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Will served as an Assistant Director in the Risk and Finance Analytics Group at Moody's Analytics. While at Moody's, Will was responsible for portfolio credit risk analytics and benchmarking for commercial real estate and commercial and industrial loan portfolios. Will earned a BA in Economics from the University of California at Davis and is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder.
