Edith Campbell

Edith Campbell is a Principal in the Telecommunications and Consumer Products practices at Talent Resource Solutions. Having spent her entire career working in diverse industries for nationally recognized corporations, Edith brings 20+ years of experience, knowledge and contacts to the firm. Edith's industry recruiting focus is telecommunications, durable goods and manufacturing. She does what needs to be done to provide a level of service that exceeds the industry standard for her clients and candidates. This is accomplished by using the best available resources, paying special attention to detail, and by listening intently to the needs of her clients and candidates. Her team building experience, along with her extensive network of personal contacts has contributed greatly to her team's success. She focuses on developing partnerships that deliver results and positions her as an essential and reliable resource for clients and candidates alike. Edith has been an executive recruiter for ten years. Previously, Edith launched the Building Materials and Construction practice at The Henley Group and The Bayside Group, and served as Practice Leader for five years. The Bayside Group was acquired by The Henley Group in 2008. Prior to joining The Henley Group, Edith spent two years as a leader with Management Recruiters International in St. Louis, MO, where she ran the building materials practice and served as Sales Manager. Prior to joining MRI, Edith gained 11 years of successful sales experience with three of the top manufacturers in the building materials industry. This experience has allowed Edith to develop an extensive network of contacts throughout the industry. She also brings many key long-term partnerships within the industry, where she is requested time and again by her clients, based upon her knowledge of their culture and their needs, and her keen ability to deliver only "right-fit" candidates. Edith received a Bachelor of Science from Bowling Green University, and a Masters degree in Marketing from Webster University in St. Louis. She relocated from St. Louis to Pittsburgh to join the firm, and has since relocated to Tampa with the firm. She attained her Certified Senior Account Manager status with The Henley Group in 2005.

Jennifer Fleck

Jennifer Fleck is a Principal at Talent Resource Solutions. She joined the firm in 2004 as a Search Consultant, and has been promoted to lead the recruiting efforts within their Consumer Products Durables practice.. She brings eleven years of specialized recruitment experience in the durables industry. Prior to joining TRS, Jennifer was a Project Coordinator at MRI, a global search firm. She benefitted from MRI's world class training program, and distinguished herself by consistently being the #1 performer in the Consumer Products Division. Jennifer has built a reputation with her clients for delivering high impact candidates in a timeframe that is considerably less than the industry norm. Her passion to help companies attract talent that they would not normally find on their own, combined with thousands of relationships with high performance industry professionals has earned Jen the reputation of being one of the most recognized and respected recruiters in her industry. Jennifer graduated from The University of Pittsburgh in 1998, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Jon Littman

Founding Partner Jon Littman leads the Philadelphia office of Talent Resource Solutions, a global mid-management search firm focused on delivering a consistent platform of talent solutions for their clients. Jon began his highly-successful career in the search industry 12 years ago, when he joined Management Recruiters International as an Account Executive. Jon quickly established himself as a rising star within the MRI network, where he remained for five years before becoming a Managing Director for Banister International, a boutique executive retained search firm with clients ranging from start-ups to large, global corporations. In 2004 Jon formed Genesis Search Group, a global boutique search firm that quickly became an established leader in the home products industry. Jon has spent years developing his extensive knowledge and deep relationships in the consumer products industry. Under his leadership, Genesis Search excelled in providing its clients with top talent across a range of functions, especially the core areas of sales, marketing, merchandising, design, and engineering. Before entering the executive search field, Jon spent over a decade in sales and marketing management within the consumer products and apparel sector, working with Levi Strauss & Company, VF Corporation, and Chic Jeans. Jon was consistently recognized for his performance in managing large, profitable territories. This phase of Jon's career culminated with a position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Chic Jeans's mass merchant channel, a business worth upwards of $80 million. Jon's 15 years of corporate experience and subsequent successes in the search industry have given him a unique breadth and depth of experience into his clients' talent acquisition needs. Jon is pleased to bring his skills, expertise, and passion for world-class talent to the leadership of TRS's consumer products sales and marketing practice.

Laura Connelly

Laura is a Founding Partner of Talent Resource Solutions, a global mid-management search firm with strong fulfillment capabilities across multiple sectors and disciplines. With locations in Chicago, Philadelphia, Tampa and London, the firm is focused on delivering a consistent platform of talent solutions for their clients. Laura runs the Tampa location of Talent Resource Solutions. Previously, she was President and co-owner of The Henley Group, a Pittsburgh-based search firm she founded in 2002; as well as The Bayside Group, a Tampa-based search firm she acquired in 2008. Laura leads the Telecommunications Search Practice at Talent Resource Solutions. In her fourteen years in the recruiting business, she has established an extensive database of contacts, and a strong track record of success. She has been fortunate to be ranked in the Top 10 Billing Managers within her affiliation, among over 1000 other owner-managers. Her telecommunications practice has a network that spans the United States. By focusing her efforts on identifying and bringing top talent to her clients, she is able to help them continue their branding efforts in a positive way throughout the competitive landscape that exists in the telecommunications marketplace. Because Laura spent six years in the telecommunications industry, selling for both AT&T and IBM/Rolm prior to becoming a recruiter, she has a strong knowledge of the business and the fundamentals it takes to make a company successful. She does an extensive amount of repeat business with a select group of telecommunications clients who have come to trust her to bring them the talent they need, primarily within the areas of sales, operations, marketing and customer care executive, manager and individual contributor roles. Prior to founding The Henley Group, Laura spent eight years in various executive search and leadership roles at Management Recruiters International, including Account Executive, General Manager, and Vice President of National Accounts; and Global Operations Manager/COO for Banister International. Prior to joining MRI, Laura was Regional Sales Director for another services company. She also spent seven years in national account sales for AT&T and IBM. Laura received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University in 1981, graduating cum laude. She and her husband Bill live in Tampa Bay, FL.

Mary Kathryn Kennedy

Mary Kathryn a Principal in the Retail Search Practice at Talent Resources Solutions. Prior to joining the recruiting business, she had an extensive career in retail with four of the top specialty retailers in the country, including Gap, Inc. and divisions of Limited, Inc. Mary Kathryn was directly involved within store operations and management, sales training, visual merchandising, loss prevention and recruitment. Her hands on experience and good instincts about people give her a clear understanding of what her clients are looking for from their employees, and what candidates are looking for in an employer. Her deep experience in the retail industry allows her to bring valuable knowledge to both clients and candidates. Mary Kathryn focuses her recruiting efforts on planning and allocation, merchandising, visual merchandising, finance and accounting, human resources, marketing, field operations, design and trend product development, and executive positions in field and corporate retail environments. Patrick Sylvester - Chairman

Patrick Sylvester is the Chief Executive Officer of Banister International. Sylvester leads Banister's executive retained search practice, its outsourced human capital solutions practice, and chairs the Global Business Development committee. A graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Sylvester earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management. He began his professional career as a United States Naval Officer. Sylvester then applied his entrepreneurial knowledge by building a real estate management firm. In 1993, Sylvester joined headhunting mogul Allen Salikof in the contingency search firm Management Recruiters International, which focuses on building managers on a global scale. Within two years, Sylvester became the top grossing recruiter in the industry. MRI's success grew steadily and was acquired by headhunting giant CDI Corporation. After distinguishing himself as an invaluable asset in executive search, Sylvester was repeatedly named Billing Manager of the Year, subsequently making partner at CDI in December 1996. Sylvester's success and his entrepreneurial background lead to CDI inviting him to head the new global retained executive search firm Banister International. Under Sylvester's leadership, Banister grew rapidly into an internationally respected search and consulting organization with offices in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. With Sylvester's commitment to client-oriented solutions and emphasis on exceeding client expectations for talent, Banister has doubled revenues since 2001. In keeping with his committment to quality and integrated solutions creation for its clients, Sylvester acquired Banister from CDI Corporation in July 2003.
