Carl has been with Dreamscience Motorsport from the very beginning and knows the company inside and out. He has a massive 20+ years of automotive engineering experience and knows everything there is to know about the cars we work on day-in and day-out.
Carl works on a lot of vital aspects of the company, his expertise covers: Workshop management, product development, marketing, customer service and mechanical engineering in our workshop.
His deep knowledge of vehicle engineering is a big factor in ensuring our customers get exactly what they want from our company.

Jared is the Director of management and owner of Dreamscience Motorsport. He has stayed with the business over its 17+ years of existence as to help it to develop into the brand it is today!
Jared is also the lead developer on all our tuning software for our Imap handset, which has caused the creation of a vast library of popular tune files for Ford models.
He continues to work all aspects of the business as he manages our finances, relationships with our dealers and developing our maps.
Luke is another much valued member of team DS: with over 10 years of experience in the engineering industry, Luke has garnered a track record of consistency and care in dealing with every kind of mechanical fault.
As our Head Technician, Luke is responsible for completing full engine rebuilds, engine forging, clutch replacement and everything in-between. He carries this experience into working on his own Focus ST225, which was a DS project car!
Even before joining our team, Luke would always be fixing up and tinkering with Motorbikes - which he continues to do in his free time.

Mike is a highly esteemed member of the Team DS. Over 8 years at Dreamscience, Mike has been developing in business development, business management, marketing, tuning development and his praised customer service skills.
Mike honed his skills at Hull University, recently graduating with a First Class Honours Degree in Business Management, were he was also awarded with Chartered Managerial Status.
He remains committed to developing his skills in all facets and is always monitoring business trends and scouting new ideas to keep us ahead of the competition.
