Each broker employee is provided with two days of training per year. One day focuses on industry developments, including products, regulatory and legislative change. The other is a free choice from a catalogue of sales, service, marketing, HR and other skills training courses. We also provide training on new processes and systems. As brokers are now FCA regulated, we have launched a series of compliance e-learning courses: anti-money laundering, bribery & corruption, Data Protection Act, Consumer Credit Act and treating customers fairly... We build competency models, assess people and design and implement bespoke training programmes that deliver concrete results. Our experience covers all aspects of selling, from products to presentation skills, new business to account management, from opening to closing.
