Andrew is the Operations & Business Advisory Director at Ward Williams Ltd having partner responsibility for a portfolio of owner managed business clients covering a wide spectrum of different industries, and which are primarily based around the Weybridge and Bracknell areas. He oversees the Business Services department processes for the timely delivery of year end accounts, tax compliance and company secretarial services. He has extensive experience of providing accounting, VAT and business tax advice tailored to individual and corporate needs. Andrew can assist in identifying and delivering strategic tax planning solutions. As he acts for a number of property clients, this is one area of specialist interest. He also provides financial and accounting solutions to start-up's, owner managed enterprises and small groups. Andrew's primary goal is to provide a prompt and client focused service delivering tangible benefits through providing solutions to client problems and through identifying opportunities to assist in the growth and development of their business.

Cathy started at Ward Williams in 2004 as PA to the Director of Consulting. From this Cathy progressed to Office Manager while undertaking her ICSA qualification and started the Company Secretarial Department in April 2009. Cathy is responsible for provid ing appropriate advice and guidance to clients, to ensure that their business stays compliant with the statutory requirements and legal obligations under the Companies Act 2006.

Colin is a Director at Ward Williams who has more than 25 years of practical experience and qualified with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2001. He has a diverse portfolio ranging from small owner managed businesses to larger companies requiring audit together with a number of specialist clients such as charities, pension schemes, acadamies and solicitors. Colin provides a range of accounting, tax and audit services to these clients. Colin is based at our offices in Uxbridge.

Dipesh joined Ward Williams in 2017 as part of an acquisition by the firm. He started his career in taxation in 2001 as a trainee and is ATT qualified, a qualified Probate Practitioner and a qualified member of the Society of Will Writers. Dipesh has experience and has been involved with all aspects of taxation dealing with a wide range of clients including taxation of limited companies. The experience gained to date has allowed Dipesh to fully understand the needs of the client and the outcomes they are looking to achieve. He has the ability to work and communicate effectively with people on all levels within an organisation and to communicate effectively with the firm's external clients and appropriate bodies.

Kath joined Ward Williams in 2007, making a career change from the heritage to finance sector. Kath completed her ACA qualification whilst training in our Corporate Services team, working on a varied audit portfolio. Kath now manages our client portfolio and team at the Sunninghill office. On a day to day basis she works with business owners, providing tailored accountancy services, corporate and personal tax, and business advice.

Phil joined Ward Williams in 1995, starting as Manager to help consolidate a portfolio of clients. He became a Partner in 2001 and then Director in 2003, when the business incorporated. Phil is currently Managing Director and ensures Ward Williams operates as it should. This has led to taking on ad hoc projects to make this happen. Since Phil started, he has overseen the integration of the many acquisitions made by Ward Williams. In addition, he has responsibility for the IT systems across the business.

Having joined the Ward Williams Group in 1998, Sally became the Managing Director of Ward Williams HR in 2007 when she became CIPD qualified. Sally is passionate about HR and believes in delivering the personal touch to her clients. Sally has a wealth of experience and has witnessed a huge change in employment law and legislation over the last few years. She ensures she gets to know her clients and their businesses and firmly believes the success of her business is inextricably linked with the success of her clients. Sally helps her clients with numerous HR exercises, and is supported by a fantastic team.
