Aaron has been at Lindeth Howe Hotel working in our reception since 2019, he loves chatting with the guests, want to talk about sports? Aaron is your man!
We were very proud to announce that Aaron was promoted from receptionist to head receptionist in April 2023. Aaron worked with us receptionist for a few years and quickly proved himself to be in invaluable member of the team, we are very excited to support him in his ongoing career.

Alan started with us in November 2023. You will often find him behind the bar making your lovely cocktails and drinks. He loves chatting with the guests and he is a huge football fan! In his spare time he enjoys cycling around the area.
Ashley came to us as a night porter and what a great addition to the team he was, after deciding to try reception, he quickly fell in love with it and now makes up one of Liz's reception team members.

Clare has been at Lindeth Howe since 2011. As well as supporting Tony as the Deputy General Manager, she is also in charge of the sales and marketing for the hotel and looks after all our weddings with Liz
She is married to Mark who is the gardener at the hotel, in her spare time she enjoys visiting the local sights, going to the theatre, crocheting, and the occasional gin & tonic - not always in that order!
Clare is our resident gin expert (a title she has given herself!)
John is a local lad who joined our reception team in February 2024. You will receive a warm and friendly welcome from him as soon as you enter the hotel. In his spare time he enjoys reading and walking.
Undoubtedly one of the most challenging and essential jobs in the hotel, always smiling and always happy to help Liam is a great asset to the kitchen team. He moved to the Lake District a year ago. He has 2 little girls. He loves walking, going out on the lake and enjoys socialising with friends.
Liz is back with us after returning to us as our Guest Services Manager. She previously worked with us as a receptionist for several years.
Alongside running our reception and making sure we are ready for our guests, Liz also looks after all our weddings with Clare
Being born in Windermere she is absolutely the go-to team member for inside knowledge on the area from walks to great pubs!
Nickeisha has been running our Housekeeping department for 15 years and she is like a whirlwind around the hotel. She is married to Sunil our Restaurant and Bar manager and they have 3 children together.

Ryan has been with us since 2018 and is our Head Chef.
Originally from Jamacia, he now lives in Windermere.
Lee has a vast amount of experience and we are very happy to have him with us.

Sunil has been at Lindeth Howe since 2004.
He is the master of all things food & beverage he can be found in the restaurant and bar area and is supported in his role by Warren his assistant manager.

Tony has worked at Lindeth Howe for over 15 years, while he is the general manager, he can often be found working with the team in the restaurant and bar.
In the summer Tony can be found out on the Lake in a canoe or a SUP with his wife.
Originally from St Helens (he likes to remind us that you don't pronounce the 'H'), Tony now lives in Windermere with his wife Lisa, daughter and pooch Max!
