Founder Sarah Whittley's background is publishing and art; she has worked with artists for many years. In 1992 she set up the Wildlife Art Agency, a company specialising in wildlife illustration and book packaging. As well as running the gallery, Sarah continues her freelance natural history writing career.

Sarah is also the founder of Pinkfoot's sister company, Red Hare Publishing, which is now run by Emma Denham - when she's not helping Sarah in Pinkfoot! Red Hare publishes an extensive range of art greetings cards, notebooks, homewares and books about art and North Norfolk - www.redharepublishing.co.uk. Emma joined the company in 2019 with the aim to expand the range to help bring beautiful art into peoples homes.
