Adrien Alvero is an Associate and member of the Fixed Income & Currencies Investment team serving as a Quantitative Research Associate. He is based in New York.
Adrien joined TRG Management in January 2019 and holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Columbia University. His research includes factor model development focused on U.S. and emerging market corporate bonds as well as the analysis of financial regulations and unconventional monetary policy and their impacts on capital markets. He has been a research and teaching assistant at Columbia Business School. Prior to that, Adrien worked as a researcher at the Swiss National Bank, where he developed IMF exchange rate assessment models for Switzerland and other countries. Adrien was born and raised in Switzerland, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Lausanne. Adrien also holds an MPhil in Finance from Columbia University. He is fluent in French, German, and English.

Prior to joining TRG in February 2022, Ms. Dolisi worked as a Business Control Manager at J.P Morgan for the Global Payments segment. Before joining J.P Morgan, she was an Associate at Marval, O`Farrell & Mairal. Her legal practice has focused on corporate and transactional business matters, due diligence and KYC processes, and day-to-day corporate affairs.

Bernard Steinberg is a Partner and Head of Public Markets, overseeing the firm's fixed income & currency, equities and hedge fund strategies. He is a member of TRG's Executive Committee and is based in New York.
Mr. Steinberg has over 20 years of trading experience in global emerging markets. Prior to joining TRG in March 2003, he was a Director in Merrill Lynch's Emerging Markets Group where he ran a fixed income and currencies proprietary book. Prior to that, Mr. Steinberg was a Senior Trader with the Royal Bank of Scotland's Emerging Markets Group where he co-managed a proprietary book investing in global emerging markets assets including fixed income, foreign exchange, and derivatives. Mr. Steinberg spent seven years managing a proprietary investment portfolio for Crédit Agricole Indosuez, most recently as a Partner in the firm's London office, where he oversaw the Local Markets Trading Group, which was responsible for a sizeable portfolio in Latin America and Eastern Europe.
Mr. Steinberg earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas Business School in São Paulo, Brazil.

Catie Brennan is a Managing Director and a member of the IR and Business Development team with responsibility for Communications. She is based in New York.
Prior to joining TRG in March 2010, Ms. Brennan allocated capital to hedge funds as part of the DB Absolute Returns Fund of Hedge Funds team. During her time at Deutsche Bank, she covered hedge funds in the event driven, global macro and equity long/short space, most recently serving as the Head of Event Driven due diligence. Additionally, Ms. Brennan served as the Assistant Portfolio Manager for several fund of hedge fund portfolios.
Ms. Brennan holds a BS in Economics from Georgetown University.

Chai Chee Tak is a Managing Director and a member of the Asian Private Markets investment team. He is based in Singapore.
Chai is a member of the Asia Private Equity, Credit & Infrastructure investment team. He is concurrently Managing Director of CapAsia, a subsidiary of TRG. He works from TRG office in Singapore. His responsibilities include deal origination, evaluation and execution, portfolio company management, divestment.

Colin Clark is Head of the EMEA Private Markets investment team. He is based in London.
Mr. Clark focuses on investments across Europe in the Consumer, Healthcare and TMT sectors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of five portfolio companies in Europe: Pet Network International (Pet Supplies), Amethyst Radiotherapy (Specialised Radiotherapy Treatment Centres), Optimapharm (European CRO), Tallink (Ferry & Short Cruise Operator) and Prestige (Branded Biscuits & Wafers). He has held numerous board positions over the past 15 years in both public and private companies.
Prior to joining TRG in December 2013, Mr. Clark was a Partner at CVCI and a member of the investment team from 2003. During this period, he led and successfully exited multiple investments across Europe for CVCI. Before CVCI, Mr. Clark originated and structured project finance transactions for Citi across the EMEA region. From 1996 to 2000, he worked with Bank of Scotland in Edinburgh in various positions in project finance and acquisition finance.
Mr. Clark has a bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Management from the University of Dundee, Scotland and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Craig Cooper is a Director and a member of the Legal & Compliance team, serving as Assistant General Counsel. He is based in New York.
Prior to joining TRG in February 2017, Mr. Cooper was an attorney in the private investment funds group at Proskauer Rose LLP, where he had a general corporate practice with an emphasis on representing private investment fund sponsors in structuring funds and portfolio investment activities as well as regulatory, compliance and operational matters.
Mr. Cooper received his law degree, with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with a Business minor, from Colby College.
Dalibor Eterovic is a Managing Director and is a member of the Fixed Income & Currencies investment team serving as an economist. He is based in New York.
Prior to joining TRG in September 2016, Mr. Eterovic was Chief Economist and Head of Strategy at Grupo Security, a Senior Economist at the Chilean Central Bank and a Manager of Economics and Fixed Income at Larrain Vial Investment Bank. He has also served as an economist at Merrill Lynch in London, focusing on emerging Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He was a Lecturer in Political Economics at the School of Government of the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez and a Visiting Professor of International and Public Affairs at Columbia SIPA. Currently, Mr. Eterovic is an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Columbia Business School.
Dalibor holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Cambridge, a MSc from the University of Birmingham and a B.A., from Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC). His academic research has been published in several specialized international journals.
Dan Borecki is an Assistant Vice President and a member of the Fund Accounting team, serving as a Fund Supervisor for forestry and agriculture investment funds and accounts. He is based in Boston.
Prior to joining TRG in 2014, Mr. Borecki was an accounting associate for an Opportunity Fund at AEW Capital Management, a private equity Real Estate fund manager. Previously, he worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor with a diverse mix of clients, specializing in the Real Estate industry.
Mr. Borecki earned his B.B.A. in Accounting, a B.S. in Economics, as well as his M.S. in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Daniel Sigler is a Managing Director and a member of the Fixed Income & Currencies investment team serving as a Portfolio Manager. He is based in New York.
Prior to joining TRG in November 2016, Mr. Sigler was most recently at RBS Securities Inc. as a Managing Director in the Emerging Markets Group, overseeing global emerging markets foreign exchange trading in the Americas. Before RBS, Mr. Sigler was co-head of emerging markets sales and trading at Macquarie Bank, where he managed a team trading foreign exchange, interest rates, and options. Mr. Sigler spent the first ten years of his career in emerging markets foreign exchange, trading cash and options in Latin America, CEMEA and Asia at Bear Stearns, Bank of America and AIG Trading Group.
Mr. Sigler earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA.
David Kwon is a Director and a member of the Fixed Income & Currencies investment team serving as a trader. He is based in New York.
Mr. Kwon's initial role at the firm was as a Trading Operations Specialist. A Treasury role was created specifically for him in 2007 and was crucial when the 2008 crisis hit in maintaining the firm's counterparty credit and cash management. While always a go between trading and operation, he officially joined the trading team in late 2016. Prior to joining TRG in March 2005, Mr. Kwon worked on the broker dealer side at Citigroup and Bear Stearns as a Client Service Representative for Hedge Fund clients. He was responsible for trade capture, settlements, reporting, and client maintenance.
Mr. Kwon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Minor in Theology from St. John's University in New York.
Debanjan Bhadury is a Director and a member of the Asia Private Equity, Credit & Infrastructure investment team. He is based in Mumbai.
Prior to joining TRG in May 2018, he was a member of the J. P. Morgan Asian Infrastructure & Related Resources Opportunity (AIRRO) team from 2008, initially as part of the investment teams for India and South East Asia markets (2008-2015) and thereafter in the Chief Investment Officer (CIO)'s office coordinating management oversight and reporting (2015-May 2018). Mr. Bhadury joined J. P. Morgan in 2007 and worked on M&A transactions in Asia investment banking prior to his transition to AIRRO (2007-2008). During his tenure in the AIRRO investment team, Mr. Bhadury made two investments aggregating c. USD 275 million, comprising a control transaction in the waste-to-energy sector in South Korea and a minority investment in the integrated road-cum-real estate sector in India. Thereafter, he assisted the CIO of AIRRO in monitoring the existing portfolio, evaluating new investment proposals, and preparing collateral for investor and senior management meetings. Mr. Bhadury started his career as a sales engineer with Larsen & Toubro's electrical systems division (2002-2003) and thereafter worked as a financial product engineer with Infosys Technologies (2003-2005).
Mr. Bhadury earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and a PGDBM from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.

Eli Bromberg is a Consultant, advising the firm's Finance team. He is based in Israel.
Mr. Bromberg has over 20 years of private equity and financial management experience. Prior to this role at TRG, Mr. Bromberg was a tax director at BTG Pactual Asset Management and East Rock Capital. He also worked in the tax department of Lehman Brothers and Neuberger Berman. He started his career in Deloitte in its financial services division.
Mr. Bromberg is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his law degree from the Brooklyn Law School, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College.

Flor Chancay is a Vice President and member of the IR and Business Development team. She is based in New York.
Francisco Vaca-Guzman is a Managing Director and a member of the Latin America Private Markets investment team. He is based in Buenos Aires.
Mr. Vaca-Guzman helped build TRG's special situations practice and has participated in transactions across various sectors and asset classes including private credit, private equity, distressed debt, NPLs/NPAs, and real estate.
Prior to joining TRG in October 2004, Mr. Vaca-Guzman spent five years as a senior professional at BankBoston Argentina, based in Buenos Aires. Between 2002 and 2004, Mr. Vaca-Guzman was a member of the team that managed the restructuring of the Bank's $1.7bn corporate loan portfolio in Argentina and was directly involved in the restructuring process of 32 companies. Between 1999 and 2001, he worked in the investment banking group, dedicated to arranging and structuring cross-border syndicated loans to Argentine corporates, participating in 25 transactions for an aggregate amount of $1.9bn. Mr. Vaca-Guzman spent five years with Fitch Ratings in Buenos Aires and New York, where he covered, among other products, MBS and ABS in Argentina and Latin America.
Mr. Vaca-Guzman received his MBA from Universidad CEMA in Argentina. He is a CPA from Universidad Católica Argentina. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Gina Brander is a Managing Director and serves as the Head of Human Resources. She is based in New York.
Ms. Brander has over 20 years of experience developing and leading HR initiatives. Prior to joining TRG in October 2018, she was at Ziff Brothers Investments, LLC in New York.

Luis Arcentales is a Managing Director and member of the office of the CIO, focusing on market strategy. He is based in New York City.
Prior to joining TRG in July 2022, he had a short stint as an independent macro researcher following a nearly two-decade career at Morgan Stanley in New York. In his role as Senior Economist, his primary focus was developing the macroeconomic and political outlooks for countries in Latin America, in addition to publishing on topics ranging from the business cycle to trade dynamics for the region. Since joining Morgan Stanley in 2001, the Latin America group earned first place as Wall Street's top economics team in the annual Institutional Investor (II) survey 11 times. Prior to moving to New York, Luis was an equity strategist at McGlinn Capital, a value-oriented asset manager in Pennsylvania.
Luis holds an MS in Economics and a BA in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University; he sits on the board of Lehigh's Martindale Center for the Study of Private Enterprise and is a CFA charter holder.

Mike Claridge is a Partner and Head of Forestry & Agriculture. He is a member of TRG's Executive Committee and is based in Boston.
Mr. Claridge has over 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining TRG in December 2017, Mr. Claridge was the head of Northern Hemisphere Investments for GMO Renewable Resources (GMORR), which was acquired by TRG. His previous role was Forestry General Manager for the Southern Hemisphere portfolio. Before joining GMORR in 2009, he was managing director of Timberlands Pacific, an Australian forest management company.
Mr. Claridge earned his Bachelor of Forestry Science from the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Mitch Clayton is a Director and a member of the Global Emerging Markets Multi-Manager team serving as a Portfolio Analyst. She specializes in fund manager due diligence. She is based in New York.
Prior to joining TRG in November 2019, Ms. Clayton was a due diligence specialist on the Alternative Emerging Markets team at Lazard Asset Management. From 2011 to 2014, she was an operational due diligence analyst at Duff and Phelps and UBP Asset Management. She began her career at Suffolk Capital Management, where she was an equity research analyst covering the industrial and aerospace sectors.
Ms. Clayton has a B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.

Ronald Balchand is a Technology Support Engineer and member of the Technology team. He is based in New York.
Prior to joining TRG in October 2020, Mr. Balchand worked as a DevOps Engineer at Coatue Management where he helped automate the employee onboarding process, administer automation jobs and ran services for Data Science and Ops teams. Prior to Coatue Management, Mr. Balchand worked as an IT Consultant and Automation Engineer for Pershing Square Capital Management in 2018. There, he developed an automated data scraping pipeline using Powershell and SQL Server 2008 to remediate NIST compliance gaps, as well as improve department efficiency and response times.
Ronald graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from SUNY Stony Brook with a Specialization in Software Development.
Simona Abikova is an Assistant Vice President and part of Human Resources Team. She is based in New York.
Prior to joining TRG in June 2019, Ms. Abikova was Organizational Consultant at Turning Point Holdings LLC. Prior to that, she worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Cardinal McCloskey Community Services.
Ms. Abikova holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University and Master's degree in Psychology from the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Slovakia. She speaks Slovak, Czech and Polish.
Stan Bachvarov is a Director and a member of the CEEMEA Private Equity & Credit investment team. He is based in London.
Mr. Bachvarov focuses on supporting the Team's efforts across sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring investments.
Prior to joining TRG, he was a Visiting MBA Associate at Duke Street Capital and One Equity Partners in 2016 where he worked on private equity investments in the Healthcare and TMT sectors. From 2014 to 2015 he was seconded as an Analyst at the Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking team focusing on analyzing private debt principal investments across all industries. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Bachvarov was a strategy consultant with Accenture and Deloitte advising clients on operational and strategic improvement initiatives.
Mr. Bachvarov earned an MBA with Distinction from London Business School. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Business and Economics from the American University in Bulgaria and a Master of Science degree in Statistics from Warwick Business School. Mr. Bachvarov is fluent in Bulgarian and Russian.
Valentina Castro is an Analyst and a member of the management company Finance team, serving as an accountant. She is based in Montevideo.
Prior to joining TRG in April 2020, Ms. Castro worked in a local cable TV company and two accounting firms always in the accounting department being in charge of a wide range of tasks.

Yavuz Birdal is a Managing Director and a Senior Equity Analyst focusing on Emerging Markets. He is based in Istanbul.
Mr. Birdal has 25 years of experience in financial markets. Prior to joining TRG in January 2022, he worked as Head of Research, overseeing PAAMCO Miren's EM equity analysts' stock selection process.
