LAND4HOMES - Key Persons
Ian is the lead director of land4homes. Ian has over 30 years of experience in the development land market. Before joining land4homes in 2012, Ian had ten years at Jones Lang LaSalle as a director, running the regional residential land team. Prior to working in a residential land agency, Ian worked for a number of high profile regional and national housing developers.
In 1986 Reeds Rains, the company Jonathan worked for changed to Prudential Property Services. With the change in name came a change in job title - from Associate Partner to Area Director responsible for Development Land and New Homes. In 1988 Jonathan became a Director and shareholder in Dean Smith Developments. In 1990 Jonathan left Dean Smith Developments and started land4homes.
