PRECISION ANALYSIS - Key Persons
Carolyn graduated from Queen's University Belfast with a BSc (Hons) degree in Food Quality, Safety and Nutrition with Professional Studies in 2012. Carolyn started her career in a microbiological testing laboratory before taking the role of Technical Manager at Precision Analysis in 2018 and Quality/ Laboratory Manager in 2021.
Carolyn is responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System and ensuring all activities are UKAS compliant. Other responsibilities include strategic planning of the company, new business development, managing the 7-strong team and delivering customer focused analytical services.
Carolyn has completed training in ISO 17025 Internal Auditing, Leadership Development, COSHH Awareness, Spill Response Training, Environmental Awareness, First Aid and Mental Health First Aid.
Michael has been with company since 2019. Michael currently works closely with Robert and Carolyn on strategy development and with NIR and heavy metals testing. Michael also works investigates new development opportunities and improvements in new techniques and methods. Michael has completed training in ISO 17025 Internal Auditing and ICP-MS.
Robert has been with Precision Analysis since 2022, and has responsibility for the Technical side of the Laboratory. Robert carries out calibration and verification checks of equipment, monitors daily QC results and investigates anomalous results. Robert is also responsible for the training of staff in technical methods.
