- Managing Director in Brockton
Adam is a Managing Director in Brockton's investment team and is responsible for originating, underwriting and executing new real estate investment opportunities, together with asset managing existing portfolio investments.
Within his time at Brockton, Adam has been actively involved in a wide variety of sectors, including leading the acquisition and asset management across 13m sq ft of industrial assets, as well as more recent leadership roles across various office, life science and land assembly acquisitions.
Prior to joining Brockton in 2014, Adam worked at JP Morgan for 3 years in London.
Adam holds a first-class BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham, is an exam-qualified chartered accountant, and holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge.
Alex is Brockton's Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for all aspects of technology to support the company's strategy, as well as being an adviser on technology to Fora, the flexible office business owned by one of the Brockton Capital funds.
Alex joined Brockton in 2019. He was previously a Senior Director and Head of Product (EMEA) at CBRE, with responsibility for product strategy and delivery, increasing direct digital revenues by over $2.5m annually. Alex's prior experience in the property sector included the position of Chief Digital Officer at Countrywide Group plc, where he was responsible for directly attributable revenues of £180m per annum. In addition at Countrywide he developed an investment decision system supporting a £1bn residential investment fund.
Prior to Countrywide, Alex was the co-founder of a residential conveyancing proptech business acquired after 4 years by the Countrywide Group.
Alex holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham.

Alexander is an Associate at Brockton responsible for researching and underwriting investment opportunities.
Alex joined Brockton Everlast in 2021 from RBS, where he worked as an investment banking associate in the commercial real estate structuring team. During his two and a half years at RBS, Alex was responsible for underwriting new debt investments with an aggregate value of over £1bn.
Alex holds a BA in Geography from the University of Leeds, a MSc in Economics and Sustainable Development from the University of St Andrews, and a MSt in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge.

Alice is Marketing Manager at Brockton and works closely with the leasing and asset management teams to produce creative and effective marketing campaigns.
Alice joined Brockton in 2017 and joined the Marketing team in 2019. Prior to joining Brockton, Alice worked for 2 years at Christie's Auction House (London) where she held a senior role within the Client Services sector and during busy sale periods, she also supported the Christie's teams in Paris and Geneva. In 2014, she transitioned into the Personal Assistant realm, working for the two co-CEO's of a sustainable property development company, Verto Homes, and then as the Executive Assistant, in a private capacity, to the Founder of a Venture Capital Investment firm.
Alice holds a Joint Hons (BA) in French and Italian from the University of Sussex.
Calum joined Brockton in 2015 and is responsible for portfolio management, fund management and investor relations. Calum is co-lead on fund management, investor reporting and portfolio analysis for c.£2.0bn of equity commitments from over 40 global institutional investors.
Prior to joining Brockton, Calum was an Analyst at M&G Real Estate, a Senior Associate at a global cleantech venture capital fund and a qualified accountant at EY in the Banking & Capital Markets division.
Calum holds a BSc in Physics and Maths from St Andrews University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland.

Caroline is Brockton's Legal and Operations Director responsible for Brockton's day to day operations including legal structuring, corporate management and human resources.
Caroline joined Brockton in 2021. She is a 21 year qualified real estate solicitor and has experience in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, acting for both landlords and tenants, pension funds, property funds, property companies and banks. Her areas of expertise include investment, landlord and tenant matters, development and real estate finance. Caroline trained and qualified at Macfarlanes LLP following which she spent 10 years in the real estate team at Ashurst LLP, before returning to Macfarlanes LLP in 2014 to lead the asset management team providing services to Legal & General's Industrial Property Investment Fund.
Caroline holds a BA (Hons) degree in French and Linguistics from the University of Durham (which included an academic year at Paul Valery, University of Montpellier, France) and a graduate diploma in Law from City University, London. Caroline completed her postgraduate training as a solicitor at the College of Law in Guildford.

Chris is Brockton's Tax Director and responsible for the group's tax strategy, managing all tax administration and reporting processes, providing tax support on corporate transactions and managing key stakeholder relationships on the tax and finance side of the business.
Chris joined Brockton in 2016. Prior to joining, Chris was a Senior Tax Manager at PwC in the Deals Tax team with a particular focus on distressed property transactions. During his time at PwC he provided tax advice to REITs, private equity funds, major lenders, and insolvency practitioners with regard to real estate transactions and tax structuring and was directly involved in transactions totalling over £1.7bn.
Chris has a degree in Modern History from Oxford University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008.

In his capacity as Senior Managing Director, Head of Portfolio, Dan is responsible for managing the team to maximise the overall performance of the Brockton Everlast portfolio, creating and implementing strategic plans for the assets and fostering relationships with Brockton's resident companies and other key stakeholders.
Dan joined Brockton in 2014. He is a qualified solicitor and gained his initial experience working in all areas of real estate during 8 years at Clifford Chance, including investment, development, real estate finance and construction, and the structuring and formation of complex real estate funds and joint ventures. In 2008, Dan joined Grantham Associates (which later merged with Brockton in 2014) as a Director and since then has been intimately involved in the acquisition, development, financing and asset management of over 3.5 million sq ft of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects with a GDV of over £4.0 bn.
Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology and completed his postgraduate training as a solicitor at The College of Law in London.

David Marks is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Brockton. Since co-founding the firm with Jason Blank in 2005, David has been involved in all aspects of its development. Leading Brockton alongside Jason Blank and Richard Selby, David is responsible for Brockton's overall strategy and execution and is directly involved in all investments, including originating, underwriting, executing, financing and asset managing.
Prior to establishing Brockton, David worked at The Blackstone Group in the UK acquisitions team, working on the $1.3 billion Blackstone Real Estate Partners International Fund from 2001 to 2005.
David has been directly involved in transactions totalling over £9.5 billion (c.$12.9bn) whilst at both Brockton and Blackstone. He has originated, underwritten, financed, and asset managed a wide range of properties within the UK, including offices, flex/co-working assets, life sciences and lab buildings, shopping centres, retail parks, multi-let industrial estates and distribution hubs, prime residential development, student housing, serviced apartments, pub operating businesses, and data centre businesses.
From 1990-2000, David worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, in both the City and West End offices in London, in New York, and in the JLL Corporate Finance team.
David holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Modern History from the University of Manchester, UK and a Master's degree in Real Estate from MIT, Boston.
David was President of the BPF (British Property Federation) in 2013-2014, was a member of the Bank of England's Commercial Property Forum from 2006-2016, has been a Trustee at the National Gallery since 2017 and a Trustee of the Architecture Foundation since 2019.

Henrietta is Managing Director, Head of Marketing and is responsible for the marketing strategy across Brockton's entire portfolio, including all investment and development projects, as well as Brockton's overall corporate communications.
In addition, Henrietta is Head of Philanthropy and leads Brockton's commitment (both in terms of financial support and the pro bono work that the Brockton team give) into Access Aspiration and various other charitable initiatives within the Mayor's Fund for London.
Prior to joining Brockton in 2015, Henrietta was Head of Marketing at Candy & Candy, where she led an award-winning team of marketing professionals. During her time at Candy & Candy, notable achievements included significantly growing the interior design aspect of the business and launching the globally-acclaimed One Hyde Park: The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, London which achieved over £2bn worth of sales.

James is a Senior Managing Director, Head of Investment in Brockton's investment team and is responsible for acquisitions, including underwriting, executing and financing direct real estate investments and asset-backed operating companies.
James joined Brockton in 2015 and has since been involved in investment activity across life science assets, retail parks, regional offices, industrial estates and central London offices. James also sits on the Board of Fora, the flexible office business owned by one of the Brockton Capital funds. More recently, James has led in Brockton's investment activity in the life science sector, in Oxford and Cambridge.
Prior to joining Brockton, James was an Associate at Morgan Stanley where he was a member of the Alternative Investment Partners Group focussing on real estate fund and co-investment opportunities across Europe, North America and Asia.

Jason Blank is President and Co-Founder of Brockton. Since co-founding the firm with David Marks in 2005, Jason has been involved in all aspects of its development. Leading the firm, alongside David Marks and Richard Selby, Jason is responsible for Brockton's overall strategy and execution and is directly involved in all investments, including originating, underwriting, executing, financing and asset managing.
In addition to co-overseeing all investment and asset management activities of the firm, Jason co-leads Brockton Capital's fundraising efforts; raising over £2.0bn of equity from over 40 investors from around the globe. Jason also has shared responsibility for regulatory and operational matters.
Prior to Brockton Capital, Jason's roles included originating, underwriting, executing, and asset managing transactions with an aggregate asset value of £4.1 billion in the UK, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, and Indonesia. Jason left Merrill Lynch's Global Principal Investments group in 2005, where he had worked since 2001. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Jason was an investment professional concentrating on structured real estate debt and United States government debt at MFS Investment Management, in Boston.
Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Jurisprudence from the University of California at Santa Cruz, a Master's degree in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
John is a Senior Associate involved in all of Brockton's asset management and new investment opportunities; he is responsible for making recommendations to the investment committee.
John joined Brockton Everlast in 2021. Prior to joining Brockton Everlast, John worked for Value Retail PLC, where he focused on the development, expansion, and asset management of eleven retail centres with an aggregate value of over £6bn in Western Europe and China.
John holds a Master's in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a BA in History and in Political Science from the University of Virginia.
Margaret is a Corporate Accountant and maintains all necessary financial records, manages all intercompany transactions and matrices as well as providing general finance assistance as required.
Margaret joined Brockton in 2014. Prior to joining, Margaret worked for Grantham Associates Limited as an Accounts Assistant.
Margaret holds a Master's degree in Administration from the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan (Poland). She is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, becoming a fellow member in 2019.
In his capacity as Head of Capital Markets, Mark is responsible for leading Brockton's capital structure strategy, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis.
Mark joined Brockton in 2006 as one of its first employees, where he focused on reviewing investment opportunities for further consideration and overseeing asset management initiatives and investment strategy across the first two Brockton Capital funds.
In 2011, Mark then moved to Toronto, Canada for a period of three years where he was an Investment Director at Forum Equity Partners, involved in investments in real estate and private equity, before he rejoined Brockton in 2014. Mark has been involved in investments in excess of £2.7bn across a variety of sectors including data centres, pubs, serviced apartments, offices, life sciences and residential.
Before joining Brockton in 2006, Mark spent 2 years in Royal Bank of Canada's Structured Products Team in London where he participated in the structuring and marketing of synthetic credit derivatives for distribution in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Mark holds an Honours Bachelor's degree in Mathematics & Business from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
Matt Taylor is an Analyst providing Brockton with research and information to help members of the investment team make decisions regarding both new opportunities and existing assets within the portfolio.
Matt joined Brockton Everlast in 2021 and is involved in underwriting new investments as well as asset management. Prior to joining Brockton, Matt was an Analyst at Wells Fargo in the real estate team.

Michael joined Brockton Capital in 2012. Prior to joining, he was the Group Financial Controller at Matrix Group, a privately held financial services firm with AUM of over £4 billion. During his 3 years at Matrix Group, Michael was responsible for the consolidated corporate accounts, budgeting, audit, tax computations, and regulatory compliance. Before joining Matrix Group, Michael worked for 7 years for the accountancy firm MGR where his main clients included European REITs, UK Property Unit Trusts, and Property SPVs.

In her role as Senior Associate, Sustainability, Pavan is responsible for the environmental and social sustainability strategy across Brockton Everlast's portfolio and corporate operations.
Prior to joining Brockton in 2021, Pavan spent six years at Multiplex Europe where she led numerous business-wide sustainability initiatives, which included aligning Multiplex with the 1.5°C pathway for carbon reduction through the Science Based Targets initiative. Pavan also managed the sustainability deliverables on several London developments, including BREEAM and LEED assessments, energy performance targets and local authority obligations. Furthermore, Pavan chaired the UK Contractors Declare Climate and Biodiversity Emergency on behalf of Multiplex Europe in 2021.

Richard joined Brockton in 2014. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with expertise in the delivery of commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes in London. He has been involved with projects totalling around 2 million sq ft with a value in excess of £3.5 billion, and his experience includes substantial new build commercial and residential projects together with intricate restoration projects within historic Listed buildings.
Prior to joining Brockton, Richard worked at Grantham Associates, a niche development firm which undertook repeat joint ventures with Brockton Capital and other investors. Prior to Grantham Associates, Richard worked for EC Harris, a global multidisciplinary construction consultancy, where he was involved in the financial management of a number of high-profile central London construction projects.
Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Queen Mary, University of London and a Master's in Quantity Surveying from Southbank University.
Richard is Chief Investment Officer at Brockton and co-manages the firm alongside Jason Blank and David Marks. Richard is responsible for Brockton's overall strategy and execution and is directly involved in all investments, including originating, underwriting, executing, financing and asset managing.
Richard joined Brockton as Partner in 2014 after merging his niche development business, Grantham Associates, with Brockton. Richard and his seven-strong development and planning team had been successful, repeat joint venture partners of the Brockton Capital funds between 2006 and 2014, prior to the two firms merging.
Richard formally started his career in the property industry in 1989. Having originally gained his grounding in the Valuation and Appraisal team at Hillier Parker (now part of CBRE) in the late 1980s/early 1990s, Richard moved in to the family development business (Heritage Group), before establishing Grantham Associates in 1998.
After more than three decades in the business, virtually all of it in the development field in the UK, Richard has gained extensive, detailed knowledge and practical, hands-on experience across most sectors of the real estate market including offices, flex/co-working assets, life science and lab buildings, private and social residential, hotels, and retail. He has been involved in over 40 projects with a combined GDV in excess of £6.0 billion and has successfully led over 50 planning consents across 18 local authorities throughout his career. Richard spent the early part of his development career in finding innovative design solutions for listed and Historic England-protected sites, and now focuses on designing and delivering buildings and phased masterplans across large scale urban blocks.

Sarah joined Brockton in 2022 as Development Manager and is responsible for the successful delivery of rehab and development projects.
Sarah has a broad experience designing and delivering high quality, sustainable developments, both regionally and internationally. She is an ARB and RIBA Chartered Architect and MPAM accredited Project Manager.
Prior to joining Brockton, Sarah was a practicing Project Manager and Architect, specialising in commercial and mixed use projects, including regeneration schemes and achieving standards such as Net Zero Carbon.
Sarah has held a seat at the BCO committee and is a professional tutor and examiner for Part 3 Architecture in London, having also been a visiting design and technical tutor at architecture schools in the UK.

Tom is a Senior Associate, who is involved in all of Brockton's research and analysis on investment trends, markets and geographies. He is also responsible for ongoing analysis of the Brockton Everlast portfolio.
Prior to joining Brockton in 2021, Tom was an Associate Director at Aviva Investors, responsible for Pan-European real estate strategy and research. He also worked for CBRE, as part of the UK Research team.
Tom holds a BA in Geography and an MSc in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) from the University of Leeds. He also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

In his role as Senior Financial Controller, Tom is responsible for managing the group's audit process, oversight of the internal and external accounting functions and maintaining all financial systems and controls. Tom also contributes to the group's financial strategy and provides transaction support on corporate transactions.
Tom joined Brockton in 2017. Prior to joining, Tom was Assistant Audit Manager at Simmons Gainsford LLP, a West End-based firm of Accountants, where he managed a portfolio of clients including real estate investment funds, commodities brokers and residential service charge companies.
Tom holds a BA (Hons) degree in Law from the University of Essex. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, qualifying in 2013 with first time passes. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Tracy is Chief Financial Officer and responsible for Brockton's finance function, including strategy, treasury, taxation and reporting, as well as operational responsibilities.
Tracy Dossett joined Brockton in 2013. Prior to joining, she was a director within the Real Estate Tax Group at BDO where she was head of the Firm's UK-REIT team. (While at BDO, Tracy advised Brockton Capital for 5 years). In addition to giving clients advice on UK REIT tax matters, Tracy specialised in advising property investors, fund managers and owner-occupiers on the taxation implications of UK and cross-border real estate transactions, including ownership structuring, financing, managing investments and exit planning.
Before joining BDO in 2007, Tracy spent 9 years in the Real Estate Tax Group at Deloitte LLP where she was involved in over £4.2 billion of sale and leaseback transactions and developing structured solutions for a range of clients including private equity, owner-occupiers and property investors.
Tracy has a degree in Modern History from Oxford University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001 and a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2002.
Umberto is an Associate and is responsible for providing research and recommendations to members of Brockton's investment team to help make key investment decisions.
Prior to joining Brockton Everlast in 2021, Umberto spent 2 years at Henderson Park Capital, a pan-European real estate fund, in the investments and asset management team, focussing on the asset management of a multi-family residential and office portfolio in the UK. Prior to Henderson Park, Umberto worked at JP Morgan in the Credit division, specifically focussed on the reporting of JP Morgan's commercial real estate exposure.
Umberto holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics at Queen Mary University of London, graduating with first class honours. Umberto is fluent in Italian, Spanish and English.

Vesna is Head of Design at Brockton and works closely with the Development team to oversee the design process across all of Brockton's rehab and development projects, including planning, architecture, sustainability and placemaking.
Before joining Brockton in 2019, Vesna was Principal at Urban Sense Consultant Architects, the practice that she founded in 2006. In this capacity, Vesna worked on a range of prominent residential, office and mixed-use projects.
Overall, Vesna has 30 years of experience in architecture, urban design and in the coordination and management of architectural and multidisciplinary design teams. She has particular skills in developing design solutions that are informed by the site specifics and its urban context. In addition, her knowledge of current planning, building regulations and innovative building techniques has been integral to creating highly integrated and sustainable designs.
Vesna gained an MA in Architecture, Design and Theory in Architecture at Kingston University; a Diploma in Architecture, Design in Architecture at University of Sarajevo and a Postgraduate Diploma in Urban Design at Oxford Brookes University. Vesna is ARB registered.
