Allen Beever

Job Titles:

Allen joined CPC, as Partner, in March 2021 and is leading its cost and commercial management consultancy services in the Health, Education, Science and Technology (HEST) sectors. Allen has over 18 years' experience in cost management and nine years specifically in the HEST sectors driving value and efficiencies through the design of complex clinical environments, climate control systems, and bringing together interdepartmental stakeholder needs.

Andrew Shackleton

Andrew specialises in working with people, processes and organisations to develop, deliver and embed better ways of managing projects. He has delivered complex organisational and project-based programmes and portfolios in a variety of sectors for over 20 years. He joined CPC's Board in 2020 and leads it management consultancy division overseeing PMO projects; organisational/operational change management programmes and lean efficiency and business case projects. Andrew is qualified in Psychology, Lean Six Sigma and is a Prince2 Practitioner. Andrew is also a Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM) and Institute of Leadership and Management (MInstILM). Andrew has recently led PMO and project portfolio programmes for Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Trust, the Gambling Commission, the Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB), London Underground and Oxfordshire County Council.

Brandon Stringer

Job Titles:

Brandon leads the operational management at CPC, and as Partner, plays an integral role in providing strategic insight and direction to the senior management team. Brandon is responsible for CPC's financial sustainability as CFO and has overseen CPC's growth from a turnover of £6m in 2011 to over £24m in 2019, which has included three successful commercial acquisitions. He previously worked for a top 10 accountancy practise where he provided organisations and high net worth individuals (HNWIs) with strategic and compliance advice. Brandon ensures that the right financial structures are in place for all CPC's operational and commercial activities and is critical to developing its strategies for future growth and innovation.

Bryan Lewis

Bryan is an effective and highly successful Infrastructure Project Director with a customer-oriented approach to delivery and account management. He is experienced in leading teams to deliver all stages of the project lifecycle in a multi-disciplined environment. Bryan brings an excellent record of delivery on several property interface and National award-winning railway projects for both Network Rail and Rail for London (2011 and 2014). He identifies and implements process improvement methods and is an advocate for automating process to ensure efficiency and accuracy of information being reported. Having led many multi-disciplinary projects, Bryan has a great understanding of all project control functions and has always had all information reporting into him for interrogation, analysis and decision making. Working on a variety of projects overcoming different challenges has resulted in his development of a flexible and dynamic perspective. Problems and challenges are always approached with a fresh and energetic ethos. Bryan is a leader who ensures teams are well briefed, motivated and operate with a collaborative approach. Bryan believes balancing the priorities and brokering compromise are key to success, managing relationships and understanding the drivers of each stakeholder group. Bryan has demonstrated this capability whilst working on both projects and leading accounts where the needs of Sponsors and end users and interfacing projects or public bodies were balanced with a demanding client programme requirement.

Chris Lavery

Chris has over 30 years' experience in the project management industry, leading major, ‘ground-breaking' projects due to their scale, innovative funding approaches and transformational nature. He has holding senior positions at executive and non-executive level including Managing Director positions for Joint Ventures (JV) with Liverpool City Council, Knowsley MBC and Rochdale Council, winning Municipal Journal's PPP of the year award for the JV between Rochdale Council and Mouchel. Chris joined CPC as Partner in 2023 to lead and develop CPC's business opportunities across North West England.

Jacqui Johnson

Jacqui is a strategic director and expert in managing the interface between client and programme delivery in the aviation sector. Jacqui is benefit and output focused, and credible influencer with stakeholders. She is passionate about a more sustainable and diverse aviation sector, and is a member of the board for the British Aviation Group.

Jonathan Odell

Jonathan is an experienced project leader and a trusted advisor for CPC's clients in Health, Education, Science & Technology (HEST) sectors. Jonathan has delivered multi-million pound property and construction projects over the last 17 years, providing invaluable advice to clients from conception of a project through to completion. As Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and Prince2 Practitioner, Jonathan joined CPC's Board in September 2017, and is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of this sector throughout the UK. Jonathan has been instrumental in the development of key client relationships with the University of Oxford, the Science and Technology Facilities Council and the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Mark Cleverly

Mark has 30 years' experience of shaping and leading some of the UK's highest profile award winning projects across multiple sectors in both cost consultancy and project management roles. Mark joined CPC in 2019 to lead its Property & Construction business in London and UK South. Previously a Partner in both EC Harris and Davis Langdon, Mark has a strong cross-sector background having led projects across 4 major markets - commercial offices, science and education, residential and sport and leisure. Mark excels in growing businesses organically through motivating and developing their people and their technical skills. He brings a very strong focus to client engagement and relationship management to develop bespoke consultancy services by regularly talking to the market to understand clients ever evolving needs. Operating at strategic leadership level, Mark was previously Head of Commercial Development at Arcadis where he was responsible for developing ‘Go-to-Market' strategy across the UK and EMEA regions and he was also a member of the UK Buildings Board and formally EC Harris sector leader for science and education. He has a reputation for driving growth and business improvement and is known within the UK industry as a regular commentator and thought leadership author.

Mike Hughes

Mike has over 20 years' experience in delivering transformation change in the Public Sector, including the lean transformation of services, development of capital and change business cases, delivering Blueprints for projects and the development of Target Operating Models. Mike is adept at leading project and programme teams in the application of lean, systems thinking, six sigma MSP and Prince2/APM techniques, in order to analyse and review business processes with the aim of increasing efficiency, effectiveness and resilience. Mike has been involved in the completion of transformation projects in a multitude of service environments and is able to quickly adapt using his transferable skill sets to a wide range of business contexts.

Nicholas Lloyd

Nicholas is responsible for our Infrastructure Delivery service within the Transport and Infrastructure division, which provides project and programme management, alongside cost and commercial management. The service spans major projects and programmes within both rail and highways industries across the UK and Ireland. He has over 10 years of experience in providing programme advisory and project management services, where he has led integrated teams across all stages of the project life cycle, successfully delivering both social and financial benefits. He is a highly effective leader who drives innovation and sustained common purpose. With a background in construction management and the built environment, Nicholas is a chartered builder and a member of the Association for Project Management. After joining CPC in 2012, he has progressed through the business and joined the Partnership in 2019. He is a keen programme management practitioner and passionate about driving down risk to deliver projects and programmes efficiently and bring speed to value for our clients.

Siobhán Delany

Siobhán is a dedicated HR professional, responsible for growing, nurturing and retaining the professional and vibrant culture of CPC. Siobhán has over 10 years' experience in HR and people development and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. Siobhan works to deliver the right resources and learning and development environments to attract, support and recruit talented people. Siobhán ensures that HR achieves the right balance between managing staff needs and the needs of the business. Her passion is to support CPC's Management team build dynamic and engaged teams who are delivering exceptional services for clients and are fervent ambassadors of CPC, enabling the business to flourish and grow its reputation for excellence.

Steve Mole - CEO

Steve has over 30 years' experience of scoping and delivering major property and infrastructure schemes. He has worked with CPC since 1993 and since becoming Managing Partner in 2004 he has grown the business to be listed as the largest independent project management company in the UK in 2019. Steve is an excellent relationship builder and thrives on bringing people together to build teams with complementary skills and experience, as part of a ‘One Team' approach, that realise business and social benefits with significant returns on investment. Steve has held a variety of posts at Executive level, predominantly in the transport sector and has led multi-million pound strategic programmes and initiatives ranging from capital investment portfolios to major organisational change programmes. He is adept at managing his key stakeholders, from Executive Board Members to University Pro Vice Chancellors in a collaborative manner with an ability to elicit consensual outcomes. As Managing Partner of CPC, Steve has lead the business to triple in size over the last six years, both through organic growth and the acquisition of a number of private businesses. He has overseen the accompanying organisational change and seamless integration to create high performing composite teams and business divisions that deliver exceptional client services across multiple sectors and regions within UK and overseas.
