He is a recognised specialist in Total Quality Management and the application of Best Practice initiatives using the Business Excellence Model.

David Baker

Dave has a degree in Computer Engineering and over 25 years experience in the computer industry with companies such as British Telecom, CAP Gemini and f5 Networks. He is also a trained business coach and a qualified lead auditor for ISO 27001, the International Standard for Data and Information Security.

Laurence Brooks

Laurence is a chartered physicist and a member of the Institutes of Quality Assurance and Business Advisers. He spent 18 years in the electronics sector and focuses on quality, business development and general management. This included overall Operations responsibility for the European arm of a global microelectronics assembly business. As a result, he has experience of businesses processes on a global basis.

Martin Rickard

His career has encompassed 35 years of manufacturing electrical and electronic components, and international sales and marketing, including 24 years of general management of UK and European businesses.

Peter Basley

Peter initially studied analytical chemistry, which led to a career in the semiconductor sector and then subsequently a role in the printed circuit board (PCB) industry. Essential skills in process control, process improvement and quality management were acquired through experience during this period. A career change then saw a move into Quality System writing and auditing, with Lead Auditor status being achieved. Peter's auditing skills have been successively developed to encompass environmental, health and safety and the information security standards.
