Juan is a hard working property manager who understands the importance of resolving issues quickly and for the long-term. Juan will let flats, undertake all the tenancy administration and prepares flats for when new tenants move in. Juan makes sure regulations are adhered to, properties are well maintained and works to always maximise ROI for Landlords.
Prim is responsible for all the administration involved with managing buildings. Prim supports Tania in making sure all our block's health and safety, maintenance contracts and all documentation is up to date. Prim is a great multitasker making sure maintenance issues are resolved for our blocks, whilst supporting the team in anyway needed.
Rory MacDonald is passionate about property. There is nothing Rory loves more than being approached with a property that has several issues whether structural or people related and turning the situation around. Rory is a great people person and has an ability to practically look at regulatory, structural or legal guidelines and find a medium to move forwards pleasing all parties involved.
Sophie oversees all the decisions that affects the direction of the company. Sophie manages new business enquiries and ensures our property technology is up to date. Sophie provides support to the team which allows them to consistently deliver an outstanding service. Sophie is the daughter of Jeremy who founded the business 1980.

Tania de Castro has worked in the business since 2009. Tania has 20 + years experience in the property industry working across the account and property management departments. Tania is extremely organised in managing multiple properties ensuring budgets, insurance, utility contracts, contracted cleaning and everyday maintenance is kept up to date. Your building will be in safe hands with Tania overseeing every aspect.
